How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do ...
In addition to my earlier remark on this topic, I would like to touch upon the training requirements that is taken very casually in most of the Indian companies where in its actually opposite in case of MNC's. Cos. run under Indian management mostly don't invest money on Training their employee's. Whereas, MNC its a very important part for an employee to regularly go through new types of training which are required to dev & enhance their skill sets.I don't know if govt can do much abt dis ?
Hon' ble prime minister Mr Narendra modi jee pl pl To Declare 10 December as RESEARCHERS DAY that day sir c v Raman got awarded by Noble price 1930 also all great scientists get awarded by Noble price so that day may be a good day also make this day as World Researchers Day India wl be the first to celebrate this day and to declare this day all product and medicin farming tv mobile laptop made by researchers so pl our work to reward to respect and to salute them and new upcoming researchers
the govt and private institutions should provide minimum amount or loan facilities tostart their own enterprises singly or jointly
At present scenario, i have seen lots of Gov vacancy there is only for experience person are eligible for that post. (in jharkhand scenario, Contractual job and IT department related job ) . than what they do
merely creating jobs are not enough. the govt. must tell whether the jobs are given to worthy people or unworthy people. whether the private sectors recruit openly? Govt. must realize how the lakhs of private employees are recruited. ONE MODI cant do anything, we need thousands of modi s (PM, CENTRAL MINISTERS, BUREAUCRATS,POLICE etc..)..What do you say guys?
open space in public and private lands can be utilised for planting trees by college students healthy pensioners and NGOs unemployed. by giving nominal payments.the govt should force private land owners to plant trees.
Hon'ble prime minister Narendra modi Jee sir in india requires Research in all field so for we have to celebrate Researchers Day like mother day father day friendship day the prime purpose of celabrating this day to create awareness and awakening in masses especially student. Toacknowledge appreciate respect and value researchers valuable contribution made to humanity. We celabrate father day for valuing the contribution they did but we fail to value those people who contribution Researchers
i suggest that more opportunity to our engineers, doctor and service exporters, who serve his service outside in india that results is that he come and give our services in India
I'm in a Govt job and during the past few years I've noticed that various Departments, whether of Central Govt or State Govts, have been re-employing their retired officials as Consultants because there is very little fresh appointments. From this portal I wish to impress upon Govt to start recruiting young blood and stop re-employing retired ppl. This will greatly solve the problem of unemployment among the youth, which is a big reason for discontentment and petty crimes.
We are becoming globally one family and government cannot stop or discourage young people to quit India. We have ample supplies of bright people. IT and other manufacturing companies with have bright ideas should be invited to India. I am receiving hundreds of applications each month people inquiring about immigrating to New Zealand or any other Western countries because good lifestyle and enough money to support other family members as well. I happy to be in NZ
