How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do ...
Hi dearest one, India is one of the more population country of the World. in compare to America or England or else countries have limited peoples and having more job opportunities with more salary. In our country more population only, jobs or job opportunities not equal. and also the salary is very low, its a main drawback for peoples. because our country products rates are very high, and expenses ratio is 20 of 10. if the ratio will change 10 of 20 the Indians return to India. thanks relatives
in chennai lot of people not at all getting govt.jobs
i want a govt job
In different report we read the "India loses $2 billion a year because of the emigration of computer experts to the U.S." It's just an example of an area. for Discourage brain drain in India-
1.we encourage new ideas and innovation and give honor of their importance.
2.we help Such people on the economic and resource level.
3.we will give proper recognition, social and economic level, those people give innovative idea If we can't understand their idea at Initial Level We stop make fun of them.
in Rajasthan many oil and petro wells found. i suggest that indian govt focus on this to get more and more revenue form them. if no of wells increase then jobs and revenue fund will be increased.
Brain drain can occur when scientists, engineers, or other intellectual elites migrate ... to start a related business, teach in a university, or work for a multi-national in ... due to the brain drain of the intellectual elites from developing countries and is ... of reverse brain drain which is, "So when we lose some, we win many back," ...
i hope the services started by the government of INDIA like this one.
The voice and opinion of the people does not fell on DEAF ears
Jai Hind
Hi government
Today i would like say about railways food quality
as all we know it is a questionable subject , so to change that and also create an employment from it .The housewives [sum may be uneducated , widow ] regardless of whatever conditions they are ,some doing very micro scale businesses like TIFFIN services, and also hygeinic ,tasty and quality [ give them a chance to supply food for railways passenger] .they really need this opportunity. This will create employments
Researchers working in foreign countries should be officially given opuurtunity to train indian students through the available internet resources. Of-course the productivity will be improved in terms of research outputs and international collaborations. If foreign universities can use indian brains, why not India cannot use our skilled workers who are working now in abroad.
I will not think about how to stop 'brain drain'. Its better to think how to use them. They gained some experience and skills from other countries, provided the internet resources, it wouldn't be a difficult task to get their expertise to develop India. Instead of going or thinking as 'brain-drain', it would be better to think them as 'investment to developed much skilled workers within india'.
