How to stop the ‘brain drain’?

Start Date :

How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do ...
First Need to Control our Population Which is the most important thing. Gov kuch b karle Agar population kam nhi hui to logo ko har citizen ko rojgar milna mushkil hi nhi Namumkin hai.
And Please agar Is Website par apni Rastra Bhasha Ka Prayog ho to Jada Achha hai...
Two things that can stop loosing these intelligent and bright minds to other nations are adequate financial support & sense of Patriotism.
In college levels like in IITs, projects related to building nations can be given to students. For ex- if india can produce its own defense equipments, students can participate on defense projects right from their college life. Also, the sense can be created in their mind that in no way their respect & money & talent will be compromised due to loopholes.
State govt. has allotted industrial shade in industrial area but only investor has occupied shade but not started factory, and the person who want to start factory has to purchase unit from investor on high rate, govt should make compulsory to start unit in specify time like 1-2 year other wise, investor has to pay charges of unit at market rate, e.g. now he is getting in Rs. 3-10 per sq.ft in not started unit he has to pay bal. market rate Rs. 140-147 (e.g Mket rate Rs. 150) to govt.
Request PM to focus equally on industrialisation and also agriculture. Else we will be forced to import our food products in few more years. There is a huge scope in the agriculture sector. Water conservation, soil conservation and mechanised farming can boost up the sector a lot
Indian Govt. has to start Agriculture base Micro & small Scale industry at rural area where raw material produce, that can give financial strength to farmers & help to reduce suicide, govt should not give just give subsidy or tax banifit. On trial basis govt. just totally complete the factory by Civil work machinery and then give it on lease / sale the unit like commercial complex then only policy will be properly implemented, otherwise fraud in subsidy will be continue as in early days.
Dear Sir (Mr PM): Out of 125 cr people only about 4 cr pay taxes. Honest taxpayers crib as they hardly get any recognition (what they get is a "peaceful sleep", which is not enough.) I suggest that when we file online returns we should be given a badge or certification of display that we are honest taxpayers. When we display it for a month post July 31, it will inculcate a feeling of "Shame" and of being "left out", amongst the non-taxpayers.It can be a movement to restore the pride of taxpayers
Firstly we have to analyse why brain drain.Creation of research facility in technical colleges( we have lack of research facility only in IITs).IITs should initiate other private or lower level college students for research.students have good ideas but due to lack of strong technical knowledge they are fail to get through IITs.In my opinion If one is good at its area of research specifically, they shouldallowforresearch.DSThasto give projectsto othercolleges.DRDO shouldallowstudents for projects

Respected PM,
Sir i want to send an email to give a plan which will help in JOB CREATION with SKILLED MANPOWER. Please suggest where should i send that.
Process automation has created lots of cut offs in jobs.. So we should think in such a way that gives an importance to skill base works. For example handicrafts, leather accessories etc
