हर बाय पास रोड हाइवे रोड पर लगभग हर 2 किलोमीटर में बायो शुलभ शौचालय होना चहिये !! सुनने में अजीब लगता है लेकिन अगर यह हो गया तो जो गाँव व् कुछ शहर के लोग खुले में शौच करते है उन पर प्रतिबन्ध लगा सकते है .... बायो सुलभ शौचालय इसलिए क्योकि इनकी सफाई आसान होती है !!!

dry disposal of excreta may be a good solution. Once the excreta is dried It may not create sanitary problems. If excreta is dried it can be sucked as powder by vaccume machines easily. With out water the excreta can be easily transported in small vehicles. containers Latrines can be developed where excreta is first treated to dry and then disposed either by means solar avoporaton or mixing other drying agents which help evoparate water It is the water that is creating all the problems.

Just go through patents for Biochemical decomposition of human wastes and discharge. Use those procedures. Make sure that tiles, stones or whatever used in a latrines are algae proof, chemical resistant, water repelling, retards germ growth. so that it requires no much effort to cleaning.

You can think of Mobile toilets,i.e., Latrines on wheels like those used in caravans but for rough handling. They can be changed locations and need. Especially when there are melas or events in cities or places. Just put them for use. Special work must be done how to handle and discharge wastes. But there are patents already for easy decomposing of wastes and discharges.

Railway coaches uses tough duty and durable materials for toilets . Just copy them and take from them.
