To make protective headgear optional for women. Beauty is more important than life???? Isn't it ? and to add to this ,it has also been extended to Sikh people. Specially women are Exempted to wear helmets. According to them it's prohibited strictly in their code of conduct. But I want to ask a question is code of conduct more important than lives that we lose just because of our fault. Has God given this life to just lose it for silly mistakes. Life is precious and it's time that we realize it.

This year our mission should be to reduce road accidents. Four times the number of people die in this country in road accidents than in entire year due to terrorism. People prefer to wear their helmets on their left elbow rather than their heads. But there are certain amendments made in the country to contribute to this. People have lost their lives and it's increasing every day, specially in populated city like Delhi yet the Delhi Government had amended rules under Delhi Motor Vehicle Act
