Gov. should develop system like Tax saving plan for human health for our earth where in every citizen wpuld get tax benefits if they maintain green field as per predefined standard by gov outside their home so that max area would be covered by grass to avoid dust, the biggest contributor to pollution, breathe related health issues. It should be given ne " EARTH SAVING PLAN " and contributor to this should be given Tax saving benefits under Green tax saving unde new section like 80C

On October 2nd, 2019, the nation celebrated the 150th birth anniversary of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Regarded as an international icon of peace and a devoted individual who worked for the human rights throughout his life, Bapu is still alive in the heart of every Indian as a symbol of passive resistance and non-violence.(https://www.wemedia.co.in/#/write/article)

The discussion and planning to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Gandhi began in April with the first meeting of the committee of secretaries. On May 2, 2018, President Ram Nath Kovind had chaired the meeting of the National Implementation Committeehttps://affiliatemillionair.blogspot.com/2019/05/unlimited-web-hosting.html

It can be done by making India dust free, an extension to swach bharat dream of our bapu ji.. The best possible way can be Solution: 1. Pass bill "Green Tax Saving Plan" 2.An Individual can save tax by maintaining green field outside their home with certain predefined standard. Benefits: 1.Individual can save tax 2.Government can save expenditure spent on same. 3. Country will be Greener, cleaner and Dust free.5.Green earth.6.Clean India means good health, more tourism, more revenue. Amit Ashok
