See is believing- I suggest we mount WIFI cameras on all the govt owned transport vechiles (buses / trucks / vans / 2 wheelers ) and connect them to various depts of public health / police / transport / roads / garbage clearance and many more ,these cameras will give live feed of the quality of roads / movement of vechiles / traffic violations/ garbage on streets / illegal hoardings / misuse of power for political rallies / road side tree cuttings / public behaviour in bus stands and many more
All facilities like water, electricity, road, drainage, health, education, business facilities, shopping mall,tele-eloctronic facilities,internet-wifi,Garden, theator, temple for all religion, hotel, railway, metro, transportation, latest infrastructure, all types of plays-grounds,clubs,all types of entertainment faci., etc,are unlimited,clean,dust-free,advance with high technology with online digital facilities for all types of services,There should be no deficit of any goods, items or services to people
Okay i just had one question. Whats the use of building a smart city if the people living in it aren't smart?
The city of Hyderabad requires to ensure basic infrastructure services to enable a decent quality of life in urban pockets and a clean and sustainable environment and adoption of smart solutions and providing more public spaces to poor. It may be implemented through areas based approach consisting of retrofitting,re-development, pan city initiatives. There is also need of hours to develop and adopt a model code for development of new cities Pan India for continuous pace of Smart Development.
In an effort to make Hyderabad Smart - we can think of redevelopment of dilapidated housing; more planned development around Hussain Sagar Lake; revitalization of Musi River; retrofitting of Char Minar area; traffic congestion solutions; improvement in water supply; waste water treatment; solid waste management; LED based street lighting; etc.
Kindly post your views.
All cities under Smart City Mission, Govt of India must take up studies and surveys to study problems and inconveniences of senior citizens, eldely people, and devise strategies and implement remedial measures including their safety and security.
1.Start operation of Metro as early as possible.2.Provide on all major road junctions, the arrow boards for destination.3.Stop 2-way traffic on narrow & busy streets by introducing more 1-way routes.4.Make more busy market roads as no-vehicle zone.
I want to share my feeling that this is the good time to do our plan and need of clean city with the help of durga samittis becoz in durga navarathris people have peaceful and helpful mind if government release a paper statement example like maha durga will happy when we maintain our streets and city clean like this I hope that devotees of Hindu religion and durga will join in this
great thought
The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable.
