A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. ...
more rules .... more ways for corruption
instead of supplying LPG for industrial application, Propane Gas can be supplied for industrial and restaurants. subsidy is not required.
I was in Mauritius and found that the Gas cylinders use to be available in the petrol bunks where the consumer need to take the empty cylinders and can buy the refill by means of payment at the bunks. The same thing can be adopted here, I am facing problem to even buy at market price. As far as kerosene is concerned we can stop the usage by making the LPG available to the needy by means of small cylinders which has been initiated. Please make sure the availability easy.
97% consumers are getting subsidized cylinders following hike in its limit to 12. So it does not make any sense for duel pricing and the huge effort of cash transfer through Adhaar. It is better to go back to single pricing and increase the cylinder price by rupees 25-50. Diversion of cylinder for commercial use should be strictly prevented.
Unique complaint no. should be displayed outside LPG outlet & ration shop, news paper etc. When any person will give information about any misuser, action should be taken promptly & name of informer should be kept confidentialtial.Phone number which will be displayed should be easily approachable & no inquiry should made of informer like police. There are many petrol vehicles they uses cooking LPG. For those confidintial inquiry and action taken immidiately after getting their vehicle number.
Have Zero tolerance policy against misuse.Issue on TV/Radio stringent penaltyunder Eessential Commodities Act.Set mobile number for receiving complaints. Switch all Kerosene consumers on DBT.Mix Colour in kerosene.Filling Diesel be done through transparent pipes.Install diesel purity analyser inside pumps.Hourly report be sent to OMCs for monitoring. Provide every kerosene user 15 W Solar Power units by Bank loan under PMJDY.Make all towns kerosene free like Delhi by providing Free LPG cylinder
use barcode system for gas cylinders . so without submitting the old cylinder barcode by consumer the new cylinder will not be esued . this will stop the bypass though the local dilivery boy without registard consumers acknowledgement.
LPG gas was flared off as waste gas, now it has become an expensive commodity! The govt should examine the functioning of the oil cos including purchase of crude, refining technology and dismissal of exorbitantly paid white elephants cost of fuel will come down: 1) cut production cost of fuel 2) subsidy via bank transfer is the best option. 3) Cancellation of fictitious ration and Adhar cards 4) deportation of infiltrators from the country 5) setting up coal gas plants in all cities.
gas subsidy ghatane ka ek aasan tarika har agla cylinder ek rupya ki badhotri par milega log sirf apni jaroorat ke liye kharidenge koi bhi aadmi apna cylinder kisi aur konahin dega va supplier ek bhi cylinder ki hera feri nahin kar sakega kyonki har aadmi dhyan rakhega ki mera ekrupaiya kaise badh gaya mujhe nahin pata ki likhe ko kitna padha jata hai yedi padhen va amal mein laye to is se aasan tarika nahin milega aur bina subsidy kacylinder aasani se mile ka cylinder aasani se mile
