Currenlty So many operator/ Company working in city Gas Distribution project in India.after research i see that most of company's new PNG connection charge is 4000 ~ 10000 Rs. and png gas price is higher compare to Sebsidies Cylider. If Ministry give some subsidi in PNG bill, people will Take PNG Connection.
Main thing Currently ministry has no control related to pricing for CGD product.if ministry take intrest in this industries everything is possible.#PetroleumSector, #OilExploration,#CrudeOil

Diversion in LPG & SKO is only due to use of subsidy goods/items by industries and Commercial units. so only way to stop such activities to impose hefty fine/penalities on such units and jail term for CEO only(Responsible person who organised such activities and present rule & regulation go scot free, some poor workers get fixed.) of such unit not less than ten Years.

Use of induction cooking in households should be promoted.Cost of induction cooking is the same as subsidised LPG. This will reduce LPG subsidy since LPG cylinder consumption will reduce.

Practice should be undertaken by LPG Suppliers to provide the cylinder regulator with a lock facility. Like an electric meter. And there should be compulsion that when delivery van goes to the place of customer, delivery boy only shall open the lock, change the cylinder and relock the regulator.
In short, customer should not be given control over the cylinders they order. This will just smash down the entire practice of diversion to commercial purposes. (unless corruption eats it up).

Subsidy amount may be transferred after the year end(once in a year )so some extent malpractice can be reduced. People can start saving at least 10 %.

Dear Sir,
Please refer the below article for details of issue.
Ref: http://tinyurl.com/pmwybl6
Solution
Currently govt provides 12 subsidised cylinder at 450₹ each.
Instead of giving all 12 cylinders for 450₹, govt should consider giving fst 6 cylinder at 450. For every cylinder after 6th 50 or30 ₹ extra will be charged. This way customer will use gas wisely and won't sell to delivery boy in return of subsidy money, else he himself has to pay extra money.
