I appreciate PAHAL scheme. Due to that, lots of miss use of the Home LPG cylinder will be stopped. I have below idea to stop miss use of Home LPG in Auto sector and save subsidy. As LPG is approved energy type in Automobile, people are using Auto LPG kit to their vehicles. Now the problem is, people purchase HOME LPG Cylinder with subsidy rate & then using special pump they transfer it to LPG tank of CAR. There is no control over it. Government should stop LPG usage in Automobile sector.

The DBT is a good success. Recently I have registered to the scheme and got my money back from the government.

But there are many people who want free goods to be given. Bigbazaar has a scheme that you pay 10K and everytime you purchase goods you get some points which can be reimbursed.

Using a similar scheme, is it possible that we pay for 11cylinders upfront and we can get the 12th cylinder free?

1.EMPHASIS BE GIVEN TO DIVERT SOURCES OTHERTHAN LPG AND KEROSENE AS A FUEL LIKE SOLARPANNEL FOR HEATERS,SOLAR COOKERS,BIOGAS ETC BY ADVERTISING AND GIVING LOAN AT LOW RATE AND SUBSIDY.
2.MORE FUND ALLOCATED FOR RESEARCH AND FIND ALTERNATE BIOFUELS AND INNOVATIVE INSTRUMENTS TO REDUCE FUEL CONSUMPTIONS.
3. STOP DEPOT SYSTEM OF SELLING THESE PRODUCTS AND SALE SHOULD BE IN OPEN MARKET ANYWHERE AND SUBSIDY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO PURCHASER IN BANK A/C.

After DBT in LPG , I read people are now doing black selling of LPG themself instead of dealers , to curb it , The subsidy of total cylinder 12 should be considered and First 4 cylinder have more subsidy next 4 reduced and next 4 further further reduced and then market price. In this way person will think if consume only 4 cylinder he get maximum benefit , if he sells first 4 then he will have loss in next 4 and so on. Naturally consumption will be less

इसी प्रकार बहुत से लोगों मिट्टी के तेल की आवश्यकता होती ही नहीं है, लेकिन उनके लिए सरकारी दुकानों पर तेल आता है और उसकों गरीबों को ही ज्यादा मूल्यों पर बेचे जाते हैं । मैं सोचता हूँ कि ऐसा कोई नियम बने जिससे लोग स्वेच्छा से मिट्टी की तेल न लेने का निर्णय ले, जिनको जरूरत नहीं है । धन्यवाद.

Back to basics on Infrastructure. Its good to have wonderful stoves, cookers, ovens, fridges, etc.... however what good are these without networks of Gas and Electricity infrastructure. There should be a vision and strategy with programmes/plans to implement these networks over the next 15 to 20 years under Government visibility and control. Infrastructure is part of the outer concentric circles of Governance and Control. What plans are there for this to happen.

BHARAT GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROVIDE VERY GOOD QUALITY INDUCTION STOVE WITH ITS BASIC UTENSILES AT SUBSIDIZED COST WITHIN THE PEOPLE TAKING KEROSENE AND LPG FOR COOKING PURPOSE,TO REDUCE TRAFFICKING AND BLACK MARKETING OF KEROSENE AND LPG. ATLEAST CITY PEOPLE OF MIDDLE AND LOWER CLASS CAN AFFORD THIS INITIATIVE FOR REDUCING DIVERSION. IT WILL GIVE BOOST TO GREEN ENERGY AND LOW CARBON EMISSION.EVEN COMMON MAN WILL NOT STAND IN LINE FOR KEROSENE OR WILL NOT NEED SUBSIDY OFLPG TO BE DEPOSITED IN BANK

In my opinion, it is better to remove subsidy of the product and adjust that subsidy amount in other product which is free from diversion.
# LPG
Impose strict punishments/penalties to person who diverse LPG. Announce incentives/rewards to person who helps to catch persons responsible for diversion.
