A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. ...
PM's idea of digitisation has not taken any root at the ground level. It is as bad it was.No Dept take this seriously. For instance for linking the LPG with bank/ Adhar details failed miserably. If the consumer hands over the details to the distributor he keeps them in dumping yard without uploading them into the system resulting in the customers visiting them every now and then without any progress.Senior citizens like us aged 80 years like us find it very difficult to visit and get the result.
Dear Sir,
I want to submit these findings observed by Hon'ble High court Judgement clearly frame para meters for Good governance link enclhttp://www.saiindia.gov.in/english/home/about_us/mandate/decisions/judgement/Tel_Judg.pdf
LPG subsidy is a contentious issue. We need to cover the country by LPG 100% coverage. The rich pay lots and lots of taxes, if they receive back certain portion in form of LPG subsidy one should not worry about it. LPG cost of production is mystery as worldwide you find less than 1 dollar upto 15 dollars a unit. Everyone making suggestion for demand side management but I would suggest a supply side management to solve this problem. Simple but not easy. Contact me personally for solution.
Price Kerosene above diesel because you cannot adulterate kersosene with diesel. Immediately transfer the difference through Aadhar card to beneficiary. Where kerosene is used at solvent, they may have to bear some losses but the nation will be free from adulterators and everybody will save money at cost of cheaters.
IT CAN BE ONLY IMPROVED BY MAKING PEOPLE AWARE THAT HOW MUCH THESE FOSSIL FUELD ARE HARMFULL TO THEM AND THEIR FAMILY ABD THE PRICE OF FOSSIL FUELS SHOULD BE INCREASED SO THAT PEOPLE WOULD ALWAYS BUY A CHEAPER THING AND THE ONE MAJOR PROBLEM IS AVAILABILITY OF CNG AND KEROSENE IS VERY VULNURABLE AND IF AVAILABLE THEN THEY ARE NOT IN PUREST FORM SO MANY OF THE PETROL PUMP SHOULD BE REPLACED BY CNG OR KEROSENE PUMPS
to prevent diversification LPG Price of Domestic and Commercial should be narrowed. I am really surprised main price difference is due to like 15% VAT and in commercial use for commercial purpose. Can't we reduce this tax and reduce price gap?
There are Various Ways By one can change the depedency of Fosil Fuels,I belong to a small village where there is Scarcity of water,in my child hood days there used to be a canal water which used to flow through half the year but now a days the water level has gone such low that after rains water hardly flows three months, all cattles suffer for fodder and grass through out the year,Here are some ways i have narrated my views we can use
Regards,
Sai Kumar
Govt. has to encourage people to travel by cycle specially persons who has offices within five kilometer. Govt has to make a tieup with all organization(Public, Private and Government) and instruct to leverage the same by providing some reward certificate, monetary benefit to person who follow the same. In my personal opinion, I noticed that about 20% persons are leaving withing 5 kilometer of offices and if they travel by cycle our annual consumption of Petrol/diesel will reduce drastically.
using bio fuels to reduce the LPG and Kerosene.because people doesnt know that bio fuel.government must take care to this and create awareness to bio fuels.encourage to discover the bio fuels in new way. and implement atleast trial and error method...
why not Biogas plants are set up..we hv such huge no. of livestocks in villages..so whydo still we look towards LPG & not coming forwrd with alternative steps to reduce lpg consumption
