People enjoyig more than 8 are definitely nt so poor that they sud depend on subsidy.Think abt the poor who cant even afford 6.Also govt sud take care/bear of the security deposit amt which is needed 2 b deposited while taking a new connection for poor BPL card holder's family.This will actually benefit the poor people.

many ppl are not using as many as 12 subsidized cylinder.so instead they are selling them at higher price in the market and earning money. PAHAL cant only stop black marketing.
