India is nowadays dealing with is a scarcity of qualified and desrving faculty in top institutes. In other words we can say that there are more unqualified and undeserving faculty in these institutes. Thre are a number of factors responsible for this. Some that I I understand are :
1. Permanent status of faculty. 2. Reservation in Institutes. 3. Corruption in Institutes.Result is unqualified become faculty and even those who join are good, gradually turn down as they also feel permanentship

Private schools and teacher training centers must be less regulated, and more given strict guidelines which are then followed by the accreditation authorities. Meanwhile the government should concentrate on improving quality of government schools themselves - a base of good quality education in the public sector which the private will have to emulate. We HAVE to make PUBLIC education the center and NOT REDUCE education to a VOUCHER system!!

Teachers should get the right to recommend for BPL ration card for the students who actually deserve it. There should be a clear and not complicated path for the poorest among poor who have very little knowledge about the government process.

Sarkari school mein teacher ko padhane ke liye bahut kum waqt milta hai. Saal ka adhik samay BLO ki duty, voter ID, CENSUS duty (child survey)karne mein hi nikal jata hai. Student bhi keval mid day meal ke liye aate hain. Is tarah ki system mein sarkari schools private school ke saath nahi khade ho paenge.

Quality of regulation is directly proportionate to the 'Quality of Implementation'.
