i live in taiwan and what i see here is that in an area we have many private distributors. I am sure they must have bound with strict rules and policy so that they misuse or start selling in black. but, i found it very convenient you just have to tell your identification number and your preferable time of delivery.
so its not a burden for government to increase the coverage. government just need to have responsible distributors at a specific locations rest is there duty.

It's not gonna change but food cooked on our own discharge doesn't add on taste, eagerness to eat and healthy in its own perspective, now if some other country need LPG export.
AND OUT OF TOPIC IF SOME COUNTRY NEEDS RESOURCE WHY DUTIES ON IT BUT WHEN NEED TO DO BUSINESS OR SUCH CHARGE DUTIES, IT'S SAME NOW I THINK

Coverage of LPG will be increased by making it available at every nook and corner of each village, tehsil etc at retail rates. Most of the poor houses which purchase food articles on Rs 5-10 on daily basis should have access to purchase even LPG on daily consumption basis i.e. the availability to purchase as little as Rs 20 Gas filling.

Increasing availability of 5Kg LPG cylinders across the country, even in the street end Kirana shop will see a drastic reduction in demand of susidised 14.2Kg LPG cylinder. This will also make living more comfortable.
