Create luxurious lodges inside station with all conveniences. It will be so much of a convenience for passengers. They can proceed to their work places directly from station. It will also be so convenient catching the train. Present waiting rooms are so shabby, so ill maintained that no one even thinks of staying there. Rent out the space for some third party.

2.Chambers could be rented on railway stations.
3.Infrastructure could be provided on railway stations to private firms.
4.Startups can be initiated on railway stations.
5.E-business relative to Indian railways could be encouraged to ease passenger satisfaction like e-food purchase, bed rolls, other services etc to earn extra income to Indian Railways.
Find ways to improve quality of passenger’s travelling and waiting time. Try to make travelling time less boring. Start paid facilities to make travelling time enjoyable.
1) Allow brands like domino's Javed Habib Hair saloon to do business in train
3) Provide good facility to take rest. Traveller will pay for 2 hrs sleep on clean bed.
4) Put advertising LEDs in train
5) Start pick up and drop facilities. Have tie-up with OLA cab.
6) Start luxurious honeymoon coach for married couples.
Incentive to railway class D worker so that they can be motivated and feel pride to serve at the ground level. Give them good uniform and facility like hand gloves and proper shoes.
Then lot of exchequer revenue can be saved which was exhausted in cleanliness drive every year.

On the same day no refund shall be issued.
Also all ticket cancellation amount should be transfer to bank account detail given by passanger at the time of booking which should be linked with addhar card.
