Railway Land can be used or Platform roofs could be fitted with Solar panels, the power could be sold to the local power department or could be used by the railways themselves.Ex: Railway Nilayam in Secunderabad could befitted with Solar Panel, this am sure has capacity to generate enough power capable to power the Nilayam, if not can be sold to the local state electricity dept. Railway platform roofs are so long, we can have maximum utilization..

Honorable sir,
1) It will be beneficiary for the people to have a toll free number for knowing the current status of the train they choose instead of surfing in the websites.
2) It is good to add separate boghi with suitable interior design for catering services.
Revenue from Generating Electricity from People foot steps on Railway platforms:
Lots and lots of people daily walked on the platforms while boarding/un-boarding from trains.
Platforms can be made electricity generator with such tiles that can generate electricity from the people foot steps falling on it.
This electricity can be sell to power grids OR safe Railway electricity bills OR helps in fulfill other needs.
9. Railway telephone exchanges may converted for commercial Tele phone services 10. All Railway stations to be converted to multiple commercial business centers. 11. Control wastage of current and water in railway areas that is also a type of earnings. 12. Convert all Railway Hospital in to medical colleges and provide Service to general public on nominal fees 13. Examine major purchases of Railway and initiate to produce on own. 14. Recycle all Railway released materials. 15. Purchase garbage.
Railway can generate revenue by advertising the particular brand that is able to pay for its advertisement i.e. by printing ads on train.
I have a given few suggestions such as Asset Utilization, Customer services and ensuring proper functionality of railways.
1.On every station there should be 1-mini hospital.
2. The color of bogey should be white so that people think before making it dirty
and of course bright colors looks like it gives more space and also feels comfortable.
3. The bogey design should be like drawing room so that everyone can sit comfortably. 4.The bogey should be divided into 2-parts..at 6.5 feet..1 lower and 1 upper..there should be small stairs in side to go to upper box.
