The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

TAKE THE STEPS TO KILL THE TERRORISTS PERMANENTLY & MERGE BANGLADESH INTO OUR COUNTRY. IT IS POSSIBLE ONLY WITH BJP. BECAUSE NOBOD IN INDIA LIKE TO READ OR HEAR THE NEWS ABOUT INSURGENCY, TERRORISM', KILLINGS & WOMAN HARASSMENT. TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE ACCUSED. DONT SHOW MERCY TO SUCH PEOPLE COMMITTING THE CRIMES. INDIA IS FREE ONLY IN DOCUMENTARY TERMS NOT IN REAL PHYSICAL SENSE. IT IS BECOMING THE HOME OF TERRORISTS, CRIMINALS (PRESENT IN EVERY STATE WHO IS GOVERNING).

To clean Ganga (esp. near Spiritual Ghats), we should use vermi-compost pit, and all bio-degradable God offerings (viz. flower garlands, prasad, incesent sticks, ash etc. should be put on those). To keep the religious sentiment we should name this pit as Hanuman vermi-pit etc. All Pandits and guards of a particular ghat should be made responsible for the maintenance of that Ghat, there should be some remuneration as well for the better service.

Dear Sir, Swach Bharat is a great initiative. I have one suggestion - We need to have dustbins every 200 m or so. I am very conscious myself about cleanliness but even I faced problems because there were no dustbins around ! Example, in the metro stations ! We need them to support what we are trying to achieve.. might take time to change habit but surely this is achievable ! Jai Hind.

To clean Ganga and other rivers you must firstly ban use of plastic in holy places and try to get the rain water to these rivers.
