There Should be system to take monthly feedback from guardians of students, so we can decide better about the school and the teachers. If guardian's feedback should be taken as important factor in deciding teacher's promotion and demotion as well as punishment.

in draft education policy it wouold be clear that the planing of traning in skilled labour that who trained them who already update the systems or not . In large number of teaching who got degree with hok and kok they achived the govt post . so the system is poor of selection.so who trained the students he is not able to teach them. so it is necesssary that in selection of chosing the teacher is honestly and proper methods.

Otherthan Infrastructure,
The core issue with education are TEACHERS.
I strongly feel we should educate teachers to create interest in students for the education. It's only teachers and their interest make children come to school and learn. We do have great teachers whose experience and methods can be used to teach other teachers.
E.g. Talking to students, arranging small science exhibitions, story telling etc

Common entrance examination for medical , engg and others are putting extra burden on students shoulder School colleges are not providing education , students have to go for Private coaching classes for clearing the exam. I Think Students are running aimlessly for MARKS
please stop all this for the sake of Education

Respected Indian Government.
My opinion on today's education policy is that the syllabus of State Gov. , CBSC, IBSC are different so suggest that syllabus should be same at all board. Now a days NIIT applied for all the medical colleges in the country. But syllabus provided by board different. So look towards that point and also on the language education provided in by the government.

On the issue of strength of competent teachers, continual training etc. The education system cannot be improved unless the quality of teachers is improved. The quality is not going to improve unless we compensate teachers adequately. With income in range of 8-30 thousand, the brightest people won't choose this profession. Only a few who are passionate and most who are needy are becoming teachers. Make it attractive so that it becomes a worthy career option. We are losing good teachers!!
