Now in Maharashtra near about 19000teachers are working without single rupees salary
How one can expect from them to give their 100%
Since last 15-16 years they are working
Please make uniform educational policy throughout India
This will beneficial for NEET exam

Currently there is little differentiation between policies of primary and secondary students.
Primary students have the same working hours of 6 hours 10 minutes as secondary students in Kendriya Vidyalaya. While the draft education policy suggests 4-5 hours. Younger children are unable to cope with a high work load and hence implementation should not lead to deviation.

Happy TEACHER's day
For better result from educational fields government should make this sector private free
Recruitment of teachers post must be done by government
Some officer and private schools are not good enough for this field
As like in Maharashtra excess of teachers problems occurred

Currently there is little differentiation between policies of primary and secondary students.
Timings remain the same. While secondary students can attend schools at 7.30 am, expecting primary students to start classes at 7.30 am is difficult. In the Western parts of the country, sun rise is around 7 am. Younger children below 10 years of age are not in a position to complete their morning chores and hence they divert the teacher's attention. Their classes should start from 9 am

hi sir,GREETINGS. HAPPY GANESH CHATHURTHI. As i have mentioned many roles for the teachers.few more are there apart from teaching.
1.Census DUTY.(Y D GOVT PREFERS TEACHERS?)
2.Election duty.
3.ADMIN WORK (ADMIN PEOPLE ARE LAZY PEOPLE)
4.CANVASING FOR ADMISSION (IF D INFRASTRUCTURE IS GOOD AUTOMATICALLY D STUDENTS WILL JOIN).
SO ENTIRE SOCIETY IS DILUTING D TEACHING PROFESSION. FINALLY THE MANAGEMENT WILL ASK FOR 100% PASS %. WHETHER STUDENT IS REALLY STUDIED OR NOT GIVE PASS.
