I want to give only on sussetion that teachers must be appointed on the basis of tests but not on the basis of academic merit. There is a great lack of teachers in Up. In basic schools of Uttar pradesh one or two teachers are teaching five classes. Sir it's impossible to teach for the teachers. Up Government didn't follow the Supreme Court order for appointments of the teachers. Education policy should improve quality and quantity of the teachers in India.

We need change the education policy because today's time is the every person education is must so that the efucation system is must be very strong and also that the education and there policy some change teacher are educated the student in practical and also that the courses that classes must be sunday becauSe many students are working job the dont attend the classes other days and also that the we are help the student for the education.education is must be very important for the our future & gu

Our system is mostly Bookish knowledge rather than pragmatic. For example, many engineering aspirants can't tell the height of a typical three story building in feet or even in meters. Similarly, they cant feel the weight of a kg. So, I propose the curriculum right from elementary schools has to being with study of the nature and feel the things around us.
similarly, they need to study the world as well, i mean, many students cant understand the old age, communications etc

dear sir abhi jo sarkari school mai mid day mill chal raha hai kya wo sahi hai. mere vichar se to nahi jaruri hai janta ko jagruk banana.education ke facilities ko badawa dena. aap garib ka madad karna chahte hai to dbt ke tahat ye kijiye ki jis bachhe ka jaisa rank hoga usko us tarah ki aarthik madad milega etc. shayad competion ka bhawna bade or jagruk ho janta.pata nahi meri bat kitna satik hai par aap sab netao ko is par bichar bimarsh karna chahiye.

Since i am from the Human Resource feild itself i am of the view that the greatest strenth that our country has is the human resource.

The current education follows a traditional approach which is unfortunately too late in identifying the cire intrest of the students.

We need to first discover the intrest of students and then boost their zeal to acheive the same.

I suggest educstionsl institutions to have a portsl for students to post their intrest in particular career.

hi sir,NOW A DAYS TEACHERS ARE NOT REAL TEACHERS. THEY R MANAGERS.S THEY HAVE TO MANAGE THE SHOW.
1.HAVE TO GET ISO (HE WILL DOCUMENT INSTEAD WORKING)
2.HAVE TO GO FOR ACCREDIDATION-HIGHLY CORRUPTED ONE (ONCE AGAIN DOCUMENTATION)
3.HAS TO GET CONSULTANCY
4.HAS TO DO RESEARCH(REAL?).HE WILL APPLY FOR FUNDING BUT AGENCIES WILL DENY.BECOS EITHER SOME KNOWN PERSON SHOULD BE THERE OR HAS TO BRIBE.
5.WORKING HRS-6DAYS/WEEK-6TO7 HOURS IF U CONSIDER 6DAYS x 6HRS=36HRS.BUT WORK LOAD IS 40HRS.

Sir, We requires big change, refine the recruitment process for teachers. Upgrade the education policy. Induct honorary teaching professional(experienced scholars for this role). Make corporate to sponsor Govt schools in their location, thus improving facilities. Replace mark system with weight based grade system. Make teachers to appear for exams ever 2 years, at least to make sure all the teachers are thinking on same line, to provide uniform education across country.

According to my opinion . Needs a big change in it . We really need to understand what future is all about .
