There is no bank facility up to 5 km in most villages specially in hilly region, no any internet service facility and like other services.For 10/- Rupee stamp paper in my village, villagers spent 200/- as a bus fair and almost 12 hrs time . So I think govt should utilize the post office to provide such type of services by recruit tech. staff in rural post office.

like 'asha' or an 'aanganwadi', we can have a 'postwadi' which can create employment option for a local youth and at the same time resolute the problem of difficult to locate unnumbered huts/houses in villages and malin basties where people fail to clear the KYC BANK norms & thus fail to open bank accounts. this is a practical truth which i shared with the previous government and they were very prompt in writing to the kanpur administration to resolve the problem positively .

Unique feature of the existing Postal Department,
• is delivering the papers, documents & money at door step;
• is accessible to every citizen of our country and vice-versa;
• is capable of handling all sorts of government citizen relationship more effectively;
These unique features can be utilised in a more effective way by,
• making all official documents available in post office;
• making all official transactions though post office;

We need to have young and smart tech staff. The network of post offices are spread out through out the country. The staff are being modernize with smart tech staff for better speed. Improve postal delivery in all over India. People are receiving normal post by 4 days to more then 15 days. For this give job & improve services. Also bring awareness for work in staff.

The post has vast pool of savings. It can start a mutual fund offering variety of products like debt, equity, gilt, . This will offer more investment options to people and will help in curbing ponzi schemes like sharda.
