Address Verification Process: every company has to send there bill to registered address of customer. For this they have to do address verification and it is very costly job. If post offices are connected to internet and online request can be generated for address verification and within very short TAT confirmation can be provided, than it will be very useful for all kind of businesses.
This will also help all small industries which like to do business with in India, but afraid of frauds.

Post office should have friendly and efficient employees. They are very rude people and most of the employees are old and inefficient and very slow on computer.

Improve postal delivery in all over India. People are receiving normal post by 4 days to more then 30 days. Postal stamps of lower denominations are also not easily available.(Out of stock!) Fast & proper delivery should increase business of postal department. People are avoiding Post for their consignment & preferring couriers. For this give job & improve services. Also bring awareness for work in staff.

Today Post offices are not used upto their capabilities, after the modernisation and better facilities available in post offices they can help in transactions too.So by enhancing the role of post offices,i would like to suggest post offices can also be used for NEFT transfer like accepting fees for various exams this will lessen the burden of banks and cut short the long queues at banks plus also generate income for post office.

A machine can easily weight and tell us how much money we need to pay by card swipe . We can print and stick and put it in the box. Long lines and slow people makes post office a horrible place.

Post Offices can be used for Rural Development in terms of Banking/Govt work for Villagers. For people in the Villages the Post man is the connecting one to the outside town and so his services or for that matter that of a Mobile Post Office can turn into a Bank/Govt Transactions with the Villagers which can then be transmitted using digital technology to other depts.

Post offices are digitally well connected today. Can we use them as e-sampark centers as well? This will:
1. Save Infrastructure Cost (of new building).
2. Save Marketing/Publicity Costs of a new center.
3. Better utilization of the Post Office Staff -- and therefore Cost Savings on the staff to be recruited for e-samparks.
4. Better Vigilance/Control/Execution
5. Concentration of services under one roof --- one stop solution --- might revive the image of Post Offices.
Hope for the best.
