For delivering various Citizen centric services and furthering the reach of Financial Services including Insurance, the Government of India has set up a Task Force to examine and recommend efficient utilisation and upgradation of the Post Office Network, enabled with Digital/Internet Connectivity to rural Offices and outpost areas enabling reach of different services in rural areas. This Network is also being viewed as a distribution channel to retail various schemes and services of Central Government, State Government and Private Sector Players.

Through this discussion the Department of Posts (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) seeks suggestions on the following:

•    To provide efficient postal network and points of presence [particularly in rural areas and small towns] to Central Government Ministries / Departments, State Governments [including Local Self Government] and private sector players for delivering various citizen-centric services, scheme, products to the people.
•    To further the role of Post Offices in Financial inclusion, including Insurance products
•    The infrastructure requirements of the Post Offices and the Postal Network
•    To make the Post Offices financially viable

Last date for sending your suggestions is 30th November, 2014.

Dear Sir, I am senior HR manager and though I am part of the Management I ensure that my workers get their dues. In my company we pay overtime calculated on total wages. I am under tremendous pressure as other companies do not. My plant is in Dahej, Gujarat. Please advise your Labour department to go for a drive for correct overtime payments across industries. This will benefit millions of labours. Regards Kallol

I strongly believe that the problem faced by every citizen in his day to day life must be on priority list of Prime minister. From morning to night we have to face a lot of problems in our work, business etc. To run the family a person should not face any difficulty any tension any harassment. Than only Acche Din Aayenge. I remembered the lines written by of my friend living in Nuyork in his letter that Nuyork ke barre mai kya kanhoo. Rojana ki jindagi mai dikkat naam ki koi cheej hee nahi hai

on payment of Overtime anyone can contact me from the labour department and I can share more details. When the government is looking ahead to modify labour laws, its responsibility is also to ensure the rightful payments are made to the labours. I seek your intervention.

Dear Sir, I want to bring to your notice the implementation of Overtime Payment to labours in most of the Manufacturing Units in India including Gujarat. The payment should be double the wages for overtime hours worked. here wages mean all elements of wages - Basic, DA and any other monthly allowances. However, In most industry it is calculated only on Basic. Which is cheating the workers of their legitimate payments. Only a few companies do the calculations correctly and pay. please check.

To a great concern I am raising a discussion here for those who lives in rent in metro cities specially in Mumbai.Nowdays brokerage we are paying and day by day increasing rent are very unbalanced burden to a middle class person like me and here in mumbai where more than half population living on rent is totally clueless about this and very worried about the future.I want that government should look into this matter and definitely some regulatory has to be formed.What u think guys?????

हरियाणा में बीजेपी बहुमत से विधानसभा चुनाव जीत गई है इस के लिए मोदी जी व उनकी टीम को हार्दिक बधाई! पर हमार मेरा मन उदास है क्योंकि हमारे हल्के से बीजेपी हार गई है और हमारा सम्पर्क भी बीजेपी से नहीं हो पाएगा। क्या हमारा शहर विकास से और मोदी जी से दूर रह जाएगा? क्या हम जैसे बीजेपी को चाहने वाले लोगों का दिल नहीं जीत सकते? यदि बीजेपी समान विकास पर खरी उतरती है तो हम भी देश के लिए बहुत कुछ करना चाहते हैं। लोगों के साथ मिलकर उनका दिल जीतना चाहते हैं। बीजेपी की केवल कृपादृष्टि चाहिए। हमें भूलना मत।

P m sir mere khayal se sabhi rajyon ko apne yahan police force ki retirment ki umer 50 Sal kar ke nai bharti main50%aarkchan ex-armyman ko dena chahiy Jisese police main welltrend jawan honge tatha imandar or anusasit policing hogi or 30 Sal ki umer main ritiar ho chuke sanik ko nagrik samaj main apnayogdan deker Accha bhi legega.
