Can cleaning of the Ganga only be done through Plan or there is a larger need to integrate other stakeholders more effectively?
Here with presenting a Innovative Idea for clean Ganga Nirmal Ganga with Educonomics infrastructure 'Ganga Samagra Vishva Vidyalaya (University), hoping that all will think about it
its high time, we should stop blaming each others for any false act, weather its for government departments or individuals. its the time to act....
jai gange!
in my point of view , the budget decided for purity of the rivers is very much sufficient, it is just because of the lack of implementation of rules and the irresponsibilities with which the official bodies work. The awareness programs are enough to a level, various NGO's are also with the flow for the clean GANGA, but they are useless if they are not working in coordination with the official responsible body.
Plastic n polythene bags has been banned all over n huge fines have been imposed still, no one is there to look into it.. The trading of it smoothly going on n people are using it... Rules n regulations are just made but not implied n imposed..
Biggest challenge in Clean Ganga is dead bodies are left open in the same.
PM Modi should initiate a compaign to take a pledge to the citizen that,
1. They keep thier dead body (Antim Vidhi) in electric way, 2. In place of flowers on the body it should have khadi
3. Smoke should be redelievered to the plants in place of water
By above three actions, we can save ganga by getting populated through dead bodies.
Regards,
Rohan
Alag ghat banaye jaye jaha ganga JAL to aye BT snan kiya hua JAL usi filtration plant me jaye Java se jl. Shuddh ho kr vapas ganga me jaye.,sundarikaran ke liye vibhinna prakar ke faldar vriksha or pushp bagwani paryatan ko badhawa de skti h,
Apko apne plan me hi majbooti lani hogi ,ye sochna band kariye ki janta kuch badlaw layegi sabi nagrik ek jaisa nahi sochte,Jo ganga se door h use ganga ki chinta h Jo ganga ke nikat h uska roz upyog krta h use ganga ki bilkul chinta nahi is bat ko swekar kr lijiye Jan jagaran se kuchh nahi hone wala, plan ko majboot kariye, sabhi sewers(factories or others)ke JAL ko ya to bhumi gat kiya jaye ya fir water filtration ke jariye shuddh karke hi ganga me ane diya jaye,
Open Defecation by half the population esp. rural and 2/3 of sewage passing untreated after so many years of plan work is more than an indication of the fact that a fresh look at the technological options may reveal the sustainable solutions. Besides above 38% of urban population using septic tanks & Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation having proposed Chlorination of ST Effluent it may come as a substantial remedy for prevention of pollution subject to appropriate action by local bodies.
Copy of Letter from Thakur Das Daryana dated 26.06.2015 addressed to the Secretory, Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation, New Delhi, regarding the query relating to proposed addition of chlorination unit to the existing design of Septic Tanks.
1. Implementing a detailed legislation that prevents any source of pollution or threats to the health of the national river.
2. Continual stakeholder involvement, including persistent and consistent efforts to implement policies and plans that connect state and local bodies, addressing their challenges and encouraging training and capacity-building programs.
3. Mass awareness campaigns and media-based water eco-consciousness campaigns that get people to stop pollution.
