Any privatization and corporatization of education must be opposed, because it does not ultimately have student interests in mind but rather sees education as a profit making industry. In any institutions abroad, they dont have reservation system(GEN/SC/ST/OBC) in RESEARCH & all are judged based on they quality and capability. If still we go by researavatino system, how can we have quality research ?? We see this in IIT. A weak student cant perform well in research. Hence its just a waste of resource spent on him by the Govt. To internatinalise higher education, we need to get rid of this reservation/quota system and promote for more quality researchers
