Before planning to internationalise higher education, we should improve the quality. Plagiarism should not be tolerated as it is the greatest enemy of knowledge. It is not tolerated in USA, but is in India. We can see the difference in the quality of education. Everything is easy there, here everything is tough and requires us to work harder only to understand the easiest thing. The cost of education should be increased so that children study harder and smarter to get scholarships and quality

Reservation was given to empower the poor and backward.here resrvation is hijacked for political benifits.if you want to give reservation then give it on economic basis.but if you empower resrvation on acadmics then you are not doing right judgement for students who does more hard labour.you can do erservation for your public sector employment.here from the starting you are not providing the same conditions for learning for all.you can facilitate scholorship for them to came in these institution

Make B.A.& B.Sc. & B. Com a 4 Year Internationally Recognised Degree. Dear Sir, Greetings from Germany 1. BA, Bsc or Bcom degrees attrach highest students crowd oer year. 2. However these degrees are not considered job worthy in India itself. 3. IT is very difficult to get admission in abroad universities as these degrees are of the pattern 12 + 3 . 4. Since we don't have too many good colleges for Post Graduation , we need to at least focus of Quality Graduation.

In order to improve oneself, one has to see the other illustrations. A kind of reverse engineering by Japan is a starting point. Accurate measuring Services company established by Shri Vilasrao Salunke with a small capital of Rs. 1 Lakh is a good illustration. universities in many progressive and advanced countries have a large Alumni base. few of these alumni can contribute to the Indian universities by encouraging the top level students to conduct research & innovation in those universities

Some points. 1. Purpose of education and type of skill developed in student should be clarified. 2. Method of teaching should be improved. Youtube lectures of international teachers can be used to train our teachers. 3. Load of books and their effect should be cleared. 4. Exam should not test memory skills of the students and uniform flexibility in marking system should be done so that student should not fear from attempting a problem in new way.
