Globalization has resulted in greater cross border higher education. However, there is a need for a better policy that encourages collaborations, student faculty mobility etc. What are the changes necessary to bring promote internationalization of HE.

We should international repute institutes to open campuses in India either on their own or in local collaboration including all universities. This will halt bright student outgo and stop brain drain beside saving precious foreign exchange. The competition will improve local standards also. but hey need be sternly regulated.

Selected 1000 college should have collaboration with International Colleges and it must have the students of collaborating college go and come for study for particular time like may be one college collaboration with a japan college then 50 students must go to japan in 2nd year and also 50 students of Japanese student must come to India in 2nd year that for also 2 country come closer in relation and Some student become entrepreneur and may invest in India Therefore tourism also Succeed.

Please find below the points that can be implemented: 1. Collaboration with Foreign Universities. 2. IITs, IIMs and other top institute can set up examples that can se set in other Universities. 3. English should be taught along with Hindi in all Govt. Schools. 4. Student and Faculty exchange program with Foriegn Universities. 5. More emphasis should be given on Innovation rather than marks.

11-There should be separate course on 'Management of Education' which will provide transparent system of assessment of performance of teachers.Even feedback can be taken from the students. 12-There should be compulsory training on moral education and physical activities should be compulsory.

6-Management specially the real person behind the scene should be punished for payment of less salaries to the teachers than the signed ones. 7-Institutions issuing fake degrees should be blacklisted. 8-District Magistrate should be authorized to file cases against defaulting institutions by an Act. 9-Teachers with fake qualifications should be dismissed and arrested. 10-The curriculum should focus on practical knowledge of law and land apart from skills to get jobs

1-The examinations should be reintroduced after class v including English . 2-Teachers should be punished strictly for not taking classes after issuing code of conduct to them. 3-Students should not be allowed mobile phones in classes. 4-Copying should be sternly dealt with specially arresting outside elements. 5-Administration of schools or colleges or universities should be accountable for delay in holding examinations or declaring results.

i think we need to enforce a law under which any child under 18 should nt be working any where in school timings and compulsory education system must be enforced strongly to alleviate our primary education system and if we do nt have more no of teachers then one teacher could teach more no of students or senior and junior students interaction should be increased or lecture videos for different grades can be made

जब आप ने नई नीति बना ही ली है तो यह नौटंकी करने की क्या मज़बूरी है।मुझे बिलकुल नई आइडियाज लिखने हैं ,जो इस घिसे पिटे फॉर्मेट में कहीं नहीं बैठते हैं।मोदी जी,यह प्रशाशन तंत्र इतना सड़ चूका है कि इसमें नई आइडियाज सुनने की क्षमता ही नहीं है।या तो इन बीमार अधिकारियों को इस तरह के योजनाओं से हटाइये या नौटंकी बंद कर दीजिये।क्या आप इतना भी समझ नहीं पा रहें हैं कि 500 charecters में कैसे कोई नई आईडिया explain किया जा सकता है?फिर जब आप का प्रशासन पहले ही खाका तैयार कर चूका है तो हम अपना विचार कहाँ दे?

we need to have statistical pool of how many children are attending schools or college and there should be a compulsory exam after every level like boards after 12 or gate after engg and average score of dat unv should be disclosed on internet, so that it can affect their admission and thus they will work harder. because basically they do every thing just for admissions, and our gov will also have a statistical data about which part of our education system needs more attention
