This idea is a good idea but it could be more effective if high school and above is considered for internationalization. The importance should be given to transfer of credits from Indian education to International education. Especially countries like Canada and Australia. Syllabuses of all the deemed universities like Institution of Engineers (I) should be reviewed to match with the foreign educational contents for quick and easy transfer of credits. It will save time & money in foreign Edu.

For quality higher education like Ph.D. internalization is very important. MoU's between world class Universities has to be done in which students can exchange as an intern to get latest technology knowledge and skills. Also for the quality research, there must be University and Industrial collaborations. It will help for students financially as well as technically to do wold class quality research.

this was a report published in 2007, but is relevant today too - "Levelling the Playing Field - Education-an alternative to migration " https://www.academia.edu/5080595/Education-an_alternative_to_migration_National_Organization_for_Software_and_Technology_Professionals

First, the policy of non-profit only in education sector has to be done away with. Nobody today is sitting for charity. If FDI can be allowed in Defence, then why not in Education? Let foreign universities open branches in India for profit.

Please ALLOW foreign universities to open branches in India. Lakhs of students pay crores to study in second-tier Western universities. My friend at Georgia Tech University says his university runs on the money paid by Indian and Chinese undergad/masters students. What if these students come or stay back in India. This will lead to a virtuous circle with more brains, jobs, R&D, goodwill, diplomacy. These universities will charge higher fees, but Indians are already paying that, when they goto US.

Please do something in the NEW EDUCATION POLICY-2015 to help the NVS so that all the 600 JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDYALAYAs in our country will provide ramps and slopes and special toilets in their schools for the benefit of physically challenged and differently able students..

AS JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDYALAYAS ARE RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS BY MINISTRY OF HRD. SO PLEASE APPOINT WARDENS FOR THE HOSTELS FOR THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF LITTLE CHILDREN. SAVE THE LITTLE CHILDREN FROM ABUSE, RAGGING. BULLYING, TORTURE AT THE HANDS OF SENIOR STUDENTS AT NIGHT. FROM 10 PM to 5AM.I THINK THR NEW EDUCATION POLICY WILL PROVIDE COUNSELLORS AND WARDENS FOR THE SAFTY AND WELL-BEING OF STUDENTS IN BOARDING SCHOOLS

THE Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and specially KV -4, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA THE school time for primary classes (1-5) is from 7.30 am to 1.45 pm. These continuous long school hours at school for children of five to six years age brings a lot of stress and strain. The KIDS are facing a lot of uncomfortable, tired, loss of appetite stress and pain for long hours of study and school hours. I request the NEP-2015 to consider review of school timing IN KVS AND NVS.
