आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,, आज सूचना और संचार प्रोद्योगिकी के युग एवं डिजिटल भारत में अपनी हिस्सेदारी से वंचित दिव्यांगजन के लिए स्पेशल स्कीमों के द्वारा उन्हें सूचना और संचार प्रोद्योगिकी डिजिटल भारत से जोड़ने का काम ऐसे किया जा सकता है जैसे - 1. देश में करोड़ों विकलांग आर्थिक सम्पन्नता से वंचित हैं जिनके पास ना तो समार्ट फोन है और ना ही अन्य डिजिटल सामग्री, दिव्यांगजन को स्मार्टफोन और कंप्यूटर, इन्टरनेट क्रय में स्पेशल छूट दी जाये ताकि आर्थिक अभाव से ग्रस्त दिव्यांगजन भी डिजिटल वस्तुओं क उपयोग कर सके 2. दिव्यांगजन के लिए हर जिला स्तर में सूचना और प्रोद्योगिक केन्द्रों की स्थापना की जाए और वहां स्पेशल स्तर से दिव्यांगजन को ट्रेनिंग दी जाये डिजिटल युग से जोड़ने के लिए सशक्त वातावरण निर्मित किया जाये ताकि दिव्यांगजन भी इस डिजिटल युग में अपनी हिस्सेदारी बना सकें 3. डिजिटल बैंकिंग - बैंक किओस्क सेंटर केवल दिव्यांगजन को ही स्वीकृत कराये जाएँ ताकि दिव्यांगजन सूचना संचार और प्रोद्योगिकी एवं डिजिटल व्यवसाय से जुड़कर अपने परिवार के साथ आर्थिक कदम मिलाकर चल सकें THANK YOU SIR 🙏

I want to suggest an idea about Internet Connectivity in Extreme Remote Areas of India. I don't know much what project is going on currently but if we can create Local Stations in remote areas and then these stations receive Signals from Satellite like starlink. Then these stations are given on lease to multiple Internet Service Providers for govt revenue and It will also cost less for Remote villagers or people to get Internet compared to Individually buying a starlink. In some areas , One local station could even be linked to multiple villages. It might be more cost effective than laying down optical fibre across those hilly areas to extreme remote areas.
