Persons having disability can be categorised as persons with full disability, persons with partial disability and person's having mobility issues due to ageing and neuropathy due to diabetes and other reasons. While persons with relative percentage of disability are recognised those who are having mobility issues similar to the former are not much recognised. Simillare care and concern to be given to them as our nation is now heaving a growing number of aged persons and need more care. Most Railway stations are having escalators for upgoing and not for down going. All major stations to be provided with skywalk arrangements. All stations to be provided with small slope ramps with stransions and wheel chairs and electric mobility services operated by sturdy persons. Every train to have coaches for disabled persons with permission for one attendant.with both sleeper and sitting facilities. With platform level floor for enabling persons with wheelchair to enter the coach.
