Why only transport systems, any utility such as hospitals also should be differently abled friendly

Introduce a Universal Mobility Card designed specifically for persons with disabilities, equipped with features such as audio prompts, haptic feedback and customizable accessibility profiles (e.g., ramp preference, visual or hearing support). This smart card should enable seamless, cashless travel across all public and private transport systems including buses, metro, trains and ride-hailing services across India. Such a solution would not only enhance ease of travel but also respect the autonomy and dignity of users, ensuring transport is truly barrier-free in practice not just in infrastructure.
