India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

Every Govt Department should list which type of services they are providing online and procedure to avail these services and process to check status of their applications. Make it mandatory for every department to provide atleast 75 percent of their services online so that time and money can be saved with transparency

Data is a digital assets of country.it should be protect and keep safe for better use.
1 A national server should be established for store data for long time.
2 Privacy has to be maintained for protect their private life.
3 Data related equipment should be made in our country for safety of data.
4 Data should be used with permission of people for some special purpose.

Hindus, patanjali says it is breath ( air ), water & food that makes this body function . what exactly has govt done to make this a 1st habit. all knowledge destroyed .can we restore this . yoga, ayurveda, upanishads, mantras and respect of nature
! plastic adopted w/out regard to disposal- what dehatis know mindset result rivers destroyed etc
politician/babus/tughlaq collegium -looting as public servants . In which country /dharma servants fix their own salary A, paycommissions, hefty bonus without regard, to revenue growth, surplus , comparative of pvt wages , work output, performance, responsibility & how other countries do it with zero corruption !

Privacy of the individual should be protected and data the data of anyone should not be misuse by any official agency under the guise that he has the right to do so. Supreme court judgements are the guiding factors to more improvise the draft.

Data is money. So government should make money if it intends to disclose non personal information and not sell data for free , so that Indian nationals and non nationals dont take advantage of data disclosed to make money. The government is the custodian of the non personal data with it , so as in the case of safeguard of natural resources and environment, government should not allow to exploit data and make money out of it , to the detriment to the public

Publication of parties names in family disputes which come in Google Search and ruin/damage the life and career of parties. Government and Judiciary should not publish actual names of parties in family disputes , instead use some abbreviations. Right to Privacy is part of Right to Life guaranteed under Article 21 , so registries of Honorary Courts and government need to make guideliness to ensure right to privacy of parties to family disputes are not published in judgments and published and circulated in law journals and such personal information should not be used in portals like Indiankanoon.org or google should restrict search and display of the sensitive private information of the Individuals . Government should take immediate action in this regards

AI Technology is being embedded into IT infrastructure to streamline workloads and automate repetitive tasks. Companies use cloud infrastructure to collect, store, process. Information stored in the cloud is likely to be Data and information are more secure on cloud
These are the industry which will be very helpful to grow GDP in india. As I'm a cse student, India does not have own cloud services yet. Cloud is the industry which has bright future and it will be helpful in agriculture, AI etc sectors.

Data should be collected on all the 498A cases all over the nation covering all the state lower courts, high courts and Supreme Court and should be analysed, as data never lies. In order to eliminate the fraud practices going on in all the states, a committee should be formed with senior judges who can take a genuine reformation to the policy to block the nuances and at the same ensure justice with gender equality…

498A promotes false hood, legal terrorism and fraud practices mostly by newly girls with a view to undertake extortion for getting huge sum of money through out of the court settlement or through court, resulting in many cases suicides of boys, destroyed marriages resulting in loss of offsprings diminishing the youngness of the country and social fabric gets distorted…

The legal policy for 498A should be absolutely abolished, as it does more damages to the nation than it gives benefit. In Stade a well balanced, well thought and wholistic policy should be brought in which gives zender equity with justice to either zender who commits crime with respect to domestic violence and divorce with blare evidences or documental proofs which cannot be denied…
