Infrastructure development,transport infrastructure, education and health sectors are more important.

Dear PM, following are my suggestions
1. GST should be more simplified & should be in 3 slabs 5%, 10% & 15%. These slabs must work on price of the commodity. Every single item below 300/- must be free from GST, above that upto 5k GST applicable 5%, upto 100K GST applicable 10% & above 100k GST applicable should be 15%.
2. Petro products should have fixed GST slab of 20%.
3. For SC,ST and OBC, reservation policy should doctored, one person from one family only is eligible for reservation.
4. No medical freebies, rather ayushman card for everyone with a limit of 100k, above that, like general medical policy, a premium amount must be charged.
5. No free education in govt schools, a minimal fee of INR100 per quarter should be charged from each eligible student class 1 onwards, it will lower down the burden on govt subsidy.
At last, I am a common taxpayer Indian. Govt should think about working individuals, basic tax exemption slab should be 300k without any conditions or schematics.

मैं राम किशोर शर्मा ग्वालियर मध्य प्रदेश में निवासरत हूं और अंतरिम बजट के ऊपर मेरे मन में कुछ सुझाव है जो निम्न है
1. जितनी भी कल्याणकारी योजनाएं जैसे मुफ्त राशन,लाडली बहना , लैपटॉप, मोबाइल , एमडीएम आदि आज के समय में हर वह व्यक्ति जो पूर्ण रूप से स्वस्थ है वह मजदूरी से₹500 तक कमा सकता है लेकिन जो व्यक्ति कचरा बनता है जो व्यक्ति कचरा बीनता है उस व्यक्ति को कभी इस तरह की योजनाओं का लाभ नहीं मिल पाता कारण निचले स्तर पर इस बात का ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता चाहे वह अधिकारी हो या कर्मचारी
2. समस्त किसान वर्ग को एमएसपी की गारंटी दी जाए एमएसपी से नीचे कोई भी व्यापारी फसल नहीं खरीदे अगर खरीदे तो उसे दंडित किया जाय
3. मेडिसिन में रेट में बहुत ज्यादा अंतर है, हम चाहते है हर मेडिसिन का एक न्यूनतम और अधिकतम मूल्य सरकार के द्वारा निर्धारित कर दिया जाय जिससे सभी को आसानी हो बीमारियों का को टेस्ट के लिए भी रेट सरकारी चेक करें ताकि कोई अधिक वसूली न हो
4. अग्निवीर स्कीम को तुरंत बंद किया जाए यह देश और नौजवानों के साथ धोखा है

इस बार मिनिमम टैक्स (800000) तक के फायदा मिलना चाहिए। सभी स्कीम गरीब और किसान लोगों के लिए है , लेकिन हमारे बारे मे कोई भी नहीं सोचता। चुनावों के समय सिर्फ इन्हीं लोगों के बारे मे सोचते हैं। लेकिन हमारा क्या । जिनके दो बच्चे है उनको खास सब्सिडी मिलनी चाहिए । इससे जनसँख्या मे समानता रहेगी और लोग भी जागरूक होगे । और उस पर जिनकी दो लड़किया है उनका तो भविष्य मे कोई भी देखभाल वाला कोई नहीं रहता उनका क्या होगा । इस बारे मे भी सोचना चाहिए । जिसके दो से ज्यादा बच्चे है । उनको भी उतना फायदा । माननीय साहिबा आपसे एक विनम्र अनुरोध है कि इस बजट मे दो बच्चों वाले को और जिनकी दो लड़किया हो उनके लिए खास सब्सिडी का एलान करे ।

पुरानी गाड़ियों का प्रदूषण मानक सही हो तो उनकी स्क्रैपिंग पीरियड आगे बढ़ाया जाये

1. For safety in the train, the camera should be near the door.
2. The doors of the train should be closed and opened only at the station because when the train stops outside, the passengers come out of the train and run away, just like those who commit crimes and run away from the train.
3. There should be foreign language schools in important tourist places and metro cities of the country from which youth can get employment.

राजस्थान के पिछड़े आदिवासी प्रतापगढ़ क्षेत्र की आजादी से चली आ रही मांग बांसवाड़ा-प्रतापगढ़-मन्दसौर रेल लाइन का मंजूरी मिले ताकि आदिवासी जनजाति क्षेत्र को विकास में भागीदार मिले। दुसरा विषय मध्यप्रदेश के सीतामऊ से राजस्थान के प्रतापगढ़ आदिवासी जनजाति क्षेत्र तक 4 लेन नेशनल हाइवे मंजूर हो ताकि राजस्थान का आदिवासी जनजाति क्षेत्र सीतामऊ तरफ से निकल रहे दिल्ली-मुंबई 8 लेन हाइवे से कनेक्टिविटी बेहतर हो। धन्यवाद

since digital payments for small purcahses started, many petty or ordinary stall owners or vendors who had all collections in cash, have started getting daily credits of thousands of rupees in their accounts though UPI via paytm or phone pay etc. Even corner tea stall owners operating from footpath sell around 500 tea cups minimum per day while chaat stalls collects lakhs per month. Till now they were escaping tax net. Many multimillionare poor looking vendors paid no tax because of large number of small cash transactions. Govt should bring a rule that those with credit of over 3000 rupees per day through UPI in their accounts or in their wallets will have to file ITR by compulsion. It may be a single page form with limited fields just to increase taxpayer base and pick up tax avoidance due to lack of knowledge or willful default

I suggest Indian government that in this budget session some annuament clear about divyangjan for their education loan or business loan with out any warranty please give us a chance.
