1)GST on Medical Insurance increases the burden on tax payers and common people, hence GST on Medical Insurance should be minimum or waived off atleast for senior citizen, whose premium are already hefty. 2) Today with no help as in earlier days, parents of children and bed ridden or senior citizen patients need to use diapers. The GST should be in the minimum slab to reduce the cost, which will increase consumption and help more companies to get into manufacturing thereby increasing employment.

Parkinson's patients need regular Physiotherapy, almost on a daily basis to keep them mobile and improve their life, but the cost of one physiotherapy session at home is Rs 300 to 500/- minimum as they are unable to move out of home. so the expenditure per month comes to 7500/- to 12500/-. Over and above that, they need a dedicated caretaker, whose expenditure is nothing less than 15000/- a month. Apart from this Dr's fees, medicines ( on which they survive). Hence the deduction for Parkinson's patients and other progressive diseases should be increased.

Today Pensioners or Senior Citizen ( most are left alone with children residing elsewhere) owning house or flats do not get loan from banks. But houses need renovation, painting. The expenditure are huge. There should be some deduction allowed for one self occupied house every 3 years for renovation/painting . that should not be in the form of loan interest because they do not get loans and may not be interested to take the loan burden.

1. Pension updation of bank employees on the lines of RBI. There is no financial burden on govt or banks as the pension is paid to bankers from the pension fund created from statutory employer contribution. 2. GST on mediclaim policies for retired bank employees should be waived. 3. 0 tax on income up to first Rs. 10.00 lacs in case of senior citizens. 4. GST on medicines purchased for senior citizens, hospitalisation bills of senior citizens and mediclaim policy of senior citizen should be waived

My Subjection was if we practice using of 15% of LGB Funds to Give loans for Loan against Property ,on property basis LGB can associate with Professional team in giving loans in all type , Education ,Personal loans , or Loan for Marriages by which the expense of LGB Administration can be gone from income of interest . Slowly we can create a platform auto generated with no load to government every government employee shall give his out put for his or here salary . Sir i have seen all the situations where we come to here how Private Nbfc work and fund .
