If government of India wants to increase employment opportunities creation ratios and contribute towards economy of our country then people should encourage in the form of increasing maximum manpower in terms of resources utilization ratios should increase irrespective of any sectors such for example suppose any positions you have budget like 20 LPA then instead of hiring single person government or public or private organizations / companies should make such provisions that we will hire 4 to 5 person so automatically 2 more people will also get employment opportunities they are also our people and if they have employment then they can also do the good investment in terms of circular economy like insurance policy or will take health /car/vehicles policies as well as National Pension System sort of accounts they will created and will have more users utilization in bank level with the help of that will promote digital economy in banking and financial sectors also.
