Annual premium for Mediclaim Policy should be minimised by Government owned Insurance Companies, forcing all non-Government ones also to follow, for benefit of all the citizens of our country; as the present rate of premium is very high and very hard to afford.

My suggestion is related to Solar energy.

1. Creating a movement like Swachh Bharat for renewable energy. Compulsary Solar panels atop every company building, government housing, rural india every household connected to Grid.
2. Share the data on daily basis of energy generation and utilisation.
3. Regular monitoring, maintainence, will provide jobs in rural India and also skills.
4. R&D, Handy, cost effective, way to close it down during rain or storm, one button system.

sir
there should be some system to link rent paid payment done to house owner. House owner take rent in cash form and earn in lakh, but they don't pay income tax of income earned through house rent.
my solution: during rent agreement and tenant verification by police, make it compulsory to submit copy of PAN card and adhaar card of both tenant and house owner to police station. police station official should upload this data online to Income tax department.so that house owner couldn't hide.

hello,
I would like to urge to grant some money to students who are preparing for civil services. in this competition era, a huge number of students are wishing to go in administration and serve India. In this process, we spend a lot of money on photocopy and purchasing various materials. It would be great relief for all the students preparing for UPSC or state PSC if a bit of money is used for some shops where low cost photocopies will be done for students. thank you.
