Govt. must spend more on healthcare & health facilities in India. Reduce petrol & diesel prices. Increase education spending
DEAR PM NARENDRA MODIJI
1.Sir 2022-23 k budget me hme science or technolgy me GDP ko badhani chahiye or aesi ek research team taiyar karni chahiye jo aam logo ki jivan me technology ke upyog se jivan easy or environment friendly bane ... EX. jese ki real estate me ret ,kankar or adi vastu k bajay usmi nayi technology se use replace kre jis se hamare prakruti ko bhi kam nukshan ho Khanan bhi kam hone se river me pani capasity badhati he.
2. Hme turant hi new education policy ko Implition karna chahiye or GDP ko 6% upyog karna chahiye or edu me GST ko kam karna chahiye
3. Hamara yuva ke inovative idea ko ek platform dena chaiye jo ki har ek state me ho jaha bade scientis ,ache engineer ho jo ki naye idea ko samje or ushe kese age badhaye usme kese sudhar kare jis se koy village ka ladka bhi apna start up k liye vaha jakar ache se impliment kar sake.
4. Tourism sector ko boost k liye har state me tourism.k liye alag se bus ho jo famous destination par lekar jaye
The directive principles of Indian constitution requires state shall do every thing to prevent concentration of wealth and to ensure equitable distribution of resource and wealth to the citizen. So the present gap of 12.5 times of lowest salary staff ( Rs 20,000) to highest slary staff 2,50,000 has to be reduced). Please take example of the SWEDEN model there is very little difference in the salary of Government University professors and Government engine drivers in SWEDEN , because skilled workers like engine drivers is appreciated and rewarded well. In spite of median salaries for University professors in Europe/ Sweden, they produce high quality research output and produced many noble prize winners. In India there is no need to prove eminence to become a professor or associate professor, so many academics are paid high salary in the government universities and several times more than skilled workers like engine drivers in railway. Skilled workers minimum wages has to increased
Established agriculture companies
. Allocated more funds to infrastructure facilities like Water, Road, Drinking water
Development Rural areas and providing employment opportunities in rural areas.
21) Industries should be decentralized to prevent them from accumulating in a few parts of the country and a few parts of the state
22) Solid waste and liquid waste management should be carried out very seriously
23) Action should be taken to implement such schemes as One Country One Law, One Country One Election
24) Precautionary measures should be taken now for future needs to maintain self-sufficiency so that the electricity sector is always under intense direct supervision.
25) The contracting system in government jobs should be revised and the procedures should be changed so that mistakes do not happen ...
The directive principles of Indian constitution requires state shall do every thing to prevent concentration of wealth and to ensure equitable distribution of resource and wealth to the citizen. So the government should not go on changing the fitment factor of central government staff salary and increase the salary of high salary earners in the Government, in the hope these people will drive consumption by purchasing more cars, house etc, which is completely wrong, making a few people more wealthy by increasing their salary for no valid reasons in the hope of creating demand in the economy is poor economics. Instead of enabling concentration of wealth in a few central government employees, government should enable increase in salary of a large number of workers and staff working in SMES in the private sectors by increasing their minimum wages, so large group of people will have increased purchasing powers which will create real demand in the economy and help recovery of the economy
In 2022 budget I wish there will be a part for teachers bcz in any type of school if a child is studying in that school he or she is having a certificate but teachers are not getting their sallary .so I thik there should be a part for these teachers who are not getting their sallary . those non granted school should have their grant from govt all over India.
The Cess for education may be changed.Petrol and Diesel prices are to be under GST control.GST share to the state governments should be done then and there.State Government Finance Ministers should be under the control of the Finance Minister of the central Government. They won't give any false comments to the public without consulting the central Government FM.
The investment deduction limit under section 80C should be increased for high salary income group. Salaried people are the ones who bear a major chunk of tax burden of the country as they can’t claim any kind of loss as in case of business income class. Tax planning options are limited for salaried people unlike business income group. Instead of standard deduction, non-traditional and diverse investment options should be encouraged from such class by way of deduction.
