1) It is good that unlawful elements including money launderers, smugglers and tax evaders have started feeling the searing heat of relevant central agencies like Enforcement Directorate, Income tax department . Fake companies/ non existent companies and fake directors need to be kept under close surveillance. Similarly, illegal transport of minerals from one state to another , particularly without necessary permits, GST bills need to be curbed effectively. Border Checkposts to be monitored .

Our Govt should give a thought of introducing PMGKY tax on all legal loopholes, which allows wealthy people in not paying any Income Tax. To start with, levy
PMGKY tax @0.5% on all existing immovable properties,on its current year's Govt value, including leased properties in lieu of wealth Tax abolished. Any new purchaser acquiring new properties too need to pay,as he is new owner.
2 Introduce Inheritance tax on all movable and immovable properties@0.5% on Govt value/ notional value on the day these assets are transferred in heirs name.If done in joint names then it will be on pro rata.
3-Non Refundable incremental TDS on individuals, on Div/ Int/ or similar distribution in the slab of first 10K exempted,10001to100000@0.5%,100000 to 10L@1% & above 10 L @1.5%& all non individuals,it will be @2% without any exemption slab.
Many more implimentable ideas
PMGKY tax earning must be parked in exclusive corpus to be used for paying difference in MSP/ Mkt Price, directly in farmers Bank A/C

With the formation of Beijing-Islamabad-Kabul Axis, we must upgrade our defence capability. Research/innovation is needed to devise unmatched body-amours, support tools, weapons and AFVs suitable for mountainous terrains. Our young entrepreneurs are not well-versed in the range of defence equipment that is needed. Hence, we must think of a suitable way to communicate to them the defence requirements and brief them on the relevant global manufacturing scenario to enable an entrepreneur to find a niche’ for applying his/her domain-knowledge, expertise and innovation. At the same time, considering the advanced stage India has achieved in Space Technology and the terrain India has to defend at the frontiers, India can develop a formidable Theatre Missile Defence System, in collaboration with France if needed. Training system for new defence techniques possible with superior equipment as above must also be developed. Necessary budgetary allocations may kindly be made for above purposes.
