As we all know sucess story of kuan banega crorepati (kbc) .In my point of view in order to enhance citizen centric platform, we should give good price to participants and encourage them by regular meeting them and take feedback and suggestions from them.since only regular participants can give good advice and share his personal experience. Regular participants should be given good incentives so that his interest should be developed and he can gain some financial assistance by participating in all survey and campaign. we can see other survey companies, they are given cash prize directly transfer into their account by participating in their survey. so take advice from regular participants and encourage them for their efforts and experience they share while participating in this platform. so simple give and take advantage of their ability and experience is best option and way to su

Respected GOI, It's a great honor to share our ideas through My gov app with all of you. It is the only medium to share our ideas for this holistic Nation. In India we are using so many Ayurveda tips on our own, which is came from our forefathers. I mentioned Nalla mala forest contain so many medicinal plants and protect it for feature. I have rise a question on it. Our Honourable PM, Sri Modi ji gave the answer to me in Manki bath. After few days we got an announcement of Bulk Drug factory in AP. Is this enough to believe My gov app or not.

Citizens today expect more transparent, accessible, and responsive services from the public sector. And those expectations are rising. Many governments have made efforts to improve service delivery through online portals or “one-stop shops” like centralized call centers, but find they are still unable to meet the public’s expectations.
