My Gov was Launched on 26th July 2014, by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, for promoting participative governance in India. MyGov today has more than 26 million registered users. It has been established as Government of India’s Citizen Engagement Platform which collaborates with multiple Government bodies/ Ministries to engage with citizens for policy formulation and seeks the opinion of people on issues/ topics of public interest and welfare.

MyGov also has millions of active followers on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn as well as on several Indian social media platforms like Koo, Sharechat, Chingari, Roposo and Bolo Indya.

MyGov seeks to have innovative ideas and suggestions to further enhance the Citizen engagement and services.
MyGov Saathis may share Ideas and suggestions in following areas, but not limited to:

1. Look and feel of MyGov website (Improvement for User Interface)
2. User friendly navigation on MyGov.in (easy to browse and explore the features on the site)
3. New features and services for MyGov (Suggestions)
4. Improvement in User registration
5. Ideas on feedback Mechanism (how we capture your feedback)

Participants may visit the MyGov (www.mygov.in) to find information about the various on-going Do, Discuss, Disseminate activities along with insights about different schemes and programmes of various ministries.
Your contribution will help in building India as a developed Nation.

The best entries from the MyGov Saathis will get recognition from the Government of India and a chance to meet the CEO, MyGov. Also, best entries will be recognized and featured on the MyGov page.

Feedback- 2/2 6. The winner announcement should be made on social media platforms as well and should be retweeted/ reposted by influencers 7. The winners should be recognized by the chief guest, pics of which should be circulated on social media platforms 8. The winners/participants should get a chance to share their journey of using mygov portal and this should be publicized through various digital platforms.

Feedback- 1/2 1. Push notifications- Unless I open the app, I don't come to know that a new quiz/competition has started. Push notifications will help to create awareness 2. I usually see the post and sometimes forget about it. Hence reminders should be sent for participants in form of mails/SMS/push notifications. 3. Any new tweet/posts on mygov social media platforms should be reposted by influencers/celebrities to increase the reach. 4. Individual score should be displayed at the top most part of the app since thats the motivating factor which will drive for more participation. 5. Whenever a winner is announced, it is posted in "Blog" section, which is misleading. Either it should be renamed to "Results " or there should be a separate section for winner announcements.

Rewards should be Made available for contributes to Increase their contribution Also A feature to send an Invite to an event to government should be add Fake and inactive account should be Indentified and Removed

User Profile Should be made for myGov so as citizens can know more about each other The profile should have occupation, Suggestions,States,Ideas, Complaints of the user ,etc

Some suggestions are to advertise this to every citizen of india especially school and college going youth to participate in this activities as well you should give them rewards to motivate them to participate in another activity.

myGov should a feature to share complaints citizens have from government as well as my Gov states and GovQuiz should be available on app itself rather than external links on website

MyGov platform should be Advertised more and every school and college and Government offices should make people and youth of India aware as not many are aware of this
