Sir my suggestion as mentioned earlier is about increasing working hours due to telecommunication leading to various health and mental issues .late hour work related message and instructions from senior officers to their subordinates has destroyed the work and personal life balance.Our state has secured top in e_governance that is good thing .But we need to give equal importance to our mental and physical health. There should be some rules that every employee and particularly higher officers should follow when it comes to contacting the staff after work hours particularly women a decorum needs to be followed.Only in case of urgent matters the late hours messages/ instructions should be given to employees.I am of the opinion that due to this thing people are giving less time to the family.The rest time and family time is being taken away that will have fatal effect in the long run.Constant stress hinder not only health but also the work progress.

My plea to the Honorable Prime Minister is that most of the poor people in the country are facing health problems. As the rate of food adulteration is increasing, business people mix different types of drugs in food items with the evil intention of making quick money, which has the opposite effect on the poor and middle class people.It is unfortunate that there is neither food revision nor any kind of monitoring of food by the government. Legal action should be taken immediately against the miscreants. There should be severe punishment or punishment. From street vendors to big malls, there are plenty of adulterated ingredients. The motive behind this may be to create a situation where different ingredients are mixed and traded in all food items from tea powder and which adversely affects the people of the country and their health. I am of the opinion that strict laws should be framed against adulterers under the Food Security Act during the tenure of their government. thank you

The shredded materials can be reused for several purposes. 2) Since the onset of North East Monsoon is around the corner, the Union Ministry concerned can take effective steps to ensure proper functioning of Early Warning and Emergency Management Systems to prevent damage and destruction of property, infrastructure including loss of lives 3) The Union government can sustain the heat on the unlawful elements, money launderers, terrorists and others. Moreover, it is paramount to forfeit their movable and immovable assets and freeze their accounts. The dragnet should cover not only the perpetrators but their associates as well. 4) The Union government can set up Centres of Excellence, Technical Skills development institutions in each District Headquarters.
