There is a provision in ‘The Karnataka Land Revenue Act and Rules', to reserve the land for cattle rearing i.e., 12 hectares (30 acres) for every 100 cattle population of the village. And there used to be ‘Gokatte’ providing a drinking water pond for the cattle. This scheme promotes organic farming by using cow dung and urine for the preparation of organic manure instead of chemical fertilizers at the local level and the use of cow dung products, and building materials. The scheme can be implemented with the association of 3 central government institutions: Rashtriya Kamadhenu Ayog Ministry of Animal Husbandry National Dairy Research Institute and State Milk Federations

Regardless of the reason for leaving, green card holders should not be punished for leaving the U.S. They should have the opportunity to return home, especially if they do so for temporary reasons.
