they have lot of fees ,and it is difficult for parents to pay the fees , if parents submit the late fees they put fine on it it is difficult for parents to submit the fees and fine , I am belong from middle class family we are two sisters and parents. The Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Cardiology (PGDCC) is a two-year full-time residency program in cardiology for post-MBBS doctors offered by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. It was launched in 2006 by the Honorable Health Minister of India, Dr Anbumoni Ramadoss, to provide specialized training to medical professionals in the field of cardiology. The course was designed to develop a cadre of non-interventional cardiologists to develop rural cardiology and was open to candidates holding an MBBS degree.
The Government of India should deploy these 1706 PGDCC doctors . The issue of recognizing PGDCC and appointing these doctors to rural hospitals has been raised multiple times in the Parliament, but it has not come to conclusions even after 10 yrs

प्रधानमंत्रीजी, आयुष्मान भारत योजना आपने शुरू कर जनता को राहत देने का काम किया है लेकिन यह आम लोगों की पहुंच से दूर है, मगर जो लोग स्वयं मेडीक्लेम ले सरकार पर बोझ नहीं बनना चाहते हैं उनको राहत की बजाय18% GST लगा सरकार धन्य है। सिर्फ 25 हजार रुपये की छुट 80 D के अंतर्गत दी जा रही है और साथ ही मेडीक्लेम दर बढ़ा दिए हैं जिसमें 50 हजार रुपये मे भी उचित मेडिक्लेम नही मिल रहा। ऐसे में एक तो GST हटाने की पहल आप करे, दूसरे 50 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वाले लोगों को प्रीमियम की दर कम की जाए और कम से कम ईन लोगों को ही सही 18% GST की मार से दूर रख 80 D का दायरा बढ़ाने के लिए वित्त मंत्री को आदेशित करे।
