Public spitting is a national problem that needs to be immediately included in all Swacch programmes, especially 2October onwards, meshing with Gandhiji's dream for clean India. Without mention of spitting which is rampant, swachh programs are incomplete. * Definition of littering must be expanded to specifically include no spitting in public places; PM announcement on this will have huge impact, exactly like the previous mention in April 2020 during early covid. * Spitting continues despite Covid proving its role in disease spread. It also makes our streets filthy, brings shame to our country. TO, Hon'ble @JPC, @PM,@CJI As we know that more than 5 crore cases are pending and it will take 323 years to decide them (Refer Ex-SC judge Lavu Nageswara Rao). i). Can both @PM, @CJI form a team from all related deptt (Bureaucracy, Police, Judiciary, Prominant Lawyers) ii). The Team will identify and analyse reasons (based upon their nature) , responsible for pendency of 5 crore cases ++ Solution iii). Give presentation to President of Bharat + JPC Live, which can be seen by 140 Bhartiya also (like lok sabha TV) Note: If PM, CJI, President, JPC secretly visit Courts & Govt deptt (hiding their identity) for 4-5 days, they will find the reality, which might be beyond their imagination. This visit will also give out of box ideas & Solution (one of them is AUTOMATION of whole Court proceedings and specially Hearing dates). Great if the Public Servants i.e. PM, CJI, JPC can help their Parent/ Owners i.e. 140 crore Voters ??

My views on the save Nature and the forest is harsh and tough for any government. Because. Now a days forest area is shrinking because building the residential apartment everywhere. City limit going broader everytime. Every people has 5 and 6 residential property which is unethical. Not getting residence who is needy. Honourable prime minister please make law for one adhar card having 1 or 2 property. On that we can control our nature and the forest. Also control the inflation that way only.
