I have been in the field of IT for more than 20 years, having PMP, PGDBM and B.E. in CS & IT degree.

Wanted to convey the suggestion for having the world class Univ/colleges, and thus resources for our companies by creating the environment for Research and development.

To create world class R&D in India, thus by creating world class Univ./colleges through world class resources by giving the opportunities to the people who have a good amount of experience in the industry to teach or do the R&D work in the Univ./colleges by providing them salaries and living space. Maybe they could also be given the PhDs also for their work.

Many after the age of 40+ years, especially in IT, want to retire. If the government taps those potentials with grants, and lure them in given fields, then they would bring in their experience and also the field in which they can effectively contribute to the new fields of R&D, thus enriching them.

just an observation in such cases as a lawyer& woman when any person put force on body especially in such cases it's damage both inside&outside & in double manner even in speed
cause inside body get stuff or rigid & ot try to avoid in such case inside whole macanism get huge affect
so court must have to understand this in such cases..
it's just not a forcefully act against body inside & outside force get damage huge cause inside human body whole organs get affect in reserve mode
& upto one limit human body cn recover by own it's just such a miracle macanism by nature ..

woman should 1st understand- nature has made in such way humans as male or female at any age she may will be use so only way 2understand nature & why so such then education yourself by emotions feelings thoughts thinking process cause it's a combination of brain then avoid such places where r risk be strong physical & mental cause any machinery came after incident happens preventive measure r in your hands & after invmcident rise voice

discipline aapke andar hogi to criminal activity me Kami aayegi....log self defence bhi seekhenge.....aur Vedic kala bhi.... iska impact society me jarur dikhega.....

According to Bhagavad Gita Sloka 3.21 It is far better to discharge one's prescribed duties even though faultily than another's duties perfectly. Destruction in the course of performing one's own duties is better than engaging in another's duties.for to follow another's path is dangerous.This occurs in our patents laws with prohibitions. Now we have Nature machine theorem,the base for removal of the colonial mindset traces from our laws. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring forward a proposal that could significantly enhance India’s performance in the Olympics and other international sports arenas. As a concerned and proactive citizen, I believe that our country’s vast potential in sports remains untapped due to the lack of a structured approach to sports education from a young age.

To address this, I propose the introduction of a sports examination as part of our school curriculum. This initiative will not only encourage children to take up sports seriously but also help in identifying and nurturing talent at an early stage.

Honarable PM ji Namaskar, Removing any traces of the colonial mind set is very good step along with changing the old criminal laws with new laws.Similarly we need to consider the history of patent law in India starts from 1911 when the Indian patents and designs act 1911was enacted.The patents act 1970 is the legislation till date govern patents in India .It came in to force in 1972 but it is based on colonial mindset not with Indian culture.Lallcharya Bramhagupta and Bhaskaracharya described perpetual motion machines now they are called Indo Persian machines, unfortunately colonial mindset prohibited it in the name of natural laws without defining them.we lost our culture education and many more with colonial mindset .These prohibitions kill the innovators innovations and kill their interest Innovations are the driving force of nation building.please consider the facts and delete prohibitions in Indian patent offices and curriculum .Nature wheels machine theorem helps to delete it .TQ
