All the packing materials should be made of materials which can be recycled. Recycling plant for Tetra-pack should should be established. Two-wheelers should be fitted with catalytic-converter to reduce pollution. Whenever any drains are constructed, they must be covered so that it could not be used as dustbin by some less thoughtful person.

Make proper diversion during any major work done on highways, it will help to reduce unnecessary fuel burn and noise and public harassment.

One hospital in state and free for all which governs by charity and location will be outside and non develop area.( i can give more input on this)

For criminal like rapist :- reveals their face to local domain with protection or in cage on road side, mindset can change the thought process of other criminal or may can help for his step towards such crimes. For minor criminal like thief etc.:- tie them with heavy chains on road side and ask them to keep clean surround areas.

I want to urge that being a nation modifier personality , it is now high time since 9th August, you have to pay attention to the rape and murder case of R G Kar Medical college, Kolkata. The state govt ran by Mamta Banerjee is the most corrupt one. They will supress and misguide the case
Please our request that Central government now must take up this case and give justice to the humanity and doctor community.

There are no benefits for an honest taxpayer in India. The public transport, education and medicine provided by government is below par. All these basic necessities are build by taxes paid by the public yet we cannot use them since the quality is very bad.

Atleast health insurance and rebate in school fee should be given to the income taxpayer based on the tax slabs. This will give the opportunity to the people to invest and save money and in turn uplift the living standards.
