प्रधानमंत्री जी, संसाधनों की कमी के कारण दो वर्ष से अधिक समय टेलीफोन मिलने मे लगता था मगर फिर भी गर्व महसूस होता था। आज संसाधनों की भरमार होते हुए भी BSNL दम तोड़ती है रेल्वे, हवाई अड्डे प्राइवेट हो रहे हैं। वजह है सरकारी और निमसरकारी कार्यालयों मे अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को काम से अधिक वेतन, पेंशन एवं सुविधाएं। ऐसी प्रस्थिति पहले नही थी, इसलिए नियंत्रण और 50% कटौती जरूरी है। इसलिए राष्ट्रहित में राजनेता पहले अपना मानधन कम कर शुरुआत करें तो विरोध भी नही होगा, रहा सवाल BSNL का, हम चाहे तो आज भी देश की ही नही दुनिया की एक नंबर कंपनी बना सकते हैं, सुझाव बहुत है पहल कीजिए।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,

मेरा नाम अमान खान है और मैं एक मुस्लिम गरीब परिवार से हूँ। मैंने 18 साल की उम्र में अपने संकल्प और मेहनत से देश का पहला मॉडर्न सीएससी (कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर) केंद्र स्थापित किया है। यह सफर मेरे लिए बेहद प्रेरणादायक और चुनौतियों से भरा रहा, लेकिन मैंने अपने सपनों को साकार करने का संकल्प कभी नहीं छोड़ा।

मेरे पिता एक मजदूर हैं और हमारे परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति हमेशा से ही कठिन रही है। इसके बावजूद, मैंने अपनी शिक्षा पूरी की और देश सेवा का मार्ग चुना। मैंने मात्र 10,000 रुपये की पूंजी से अपने इस केंद्र की शुरुआत की। मेरी यह पहल न केवल मेरे लिए बल्कि मेरे जैसे कई अन्य युवाओं के लिए भी प्रेरणादायक है, जो सीमित संसाधनों के बावजूद अपने सपनों को साकार करना चाहते हैं।

मैंने अपने मॉडर्न सीएससी केंद्र में नि:शुल्क सेवाएं प्रदान की हैं, जिससे गरीब और जरूरतमंद लोगों को बहुत लाभ हुआ है। इसके अलावा, मैंने सरकारी योजनाओं के कैम्प आयोजित किए हैं, जिनमें लोगों को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करने में मदद की जाती है। मेरे केंद्र में प्रतिदिन 100 से 500 नागरिक

देश के यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री महोदय जी आपसे सविनय निवेदन है कि देश मे बाल अपराध/भिक्षा वृत्ति बहुत ही तीब्र गति से अपना मुंह पसार रही है । जहाँ देखो वही ऐसा माहौल दिख ही जाता है ।
मुझे याद है आज से लगभग 20 साल पहले जब मैं क्लास 10 में था तब बाल अपराध के बारे में पढ़ा था और उस समय बच्चों द्वारा भिक्षा वृत्ति को रोकने हेतु सरकार द्वारा बहुत ही अथक प्रयास किये जा रहे थे और जो-जो इसमें लिप्त था उसे सजा भी होती थी । लेकिन आज कि बात करें तो यह नगण्य (शून्य) है । बीएचयू (काशी हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय) जैसे शिक्षण संस्थान में जब छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को लोगो से पैसा मांगते हुए देखता हूँ तो मुझे बहुत ही शर्म की ग्लानि महसूस होती है कि बीएचयू प्रशाशन इस पर भला मौन कैसे हो सकता है । हमें तो यही पढ़ाया जाता है कि 18 साल से कम बच्चे भीख मांगते है तो ये बाल अपराध की श्रेणी में आते हैं तो फिर ऐसा खेला क्यो चल रहा है । कौन इसे चला रहा है । इस पर बहुत ही ध्यानपूर्वक सोच व समझने का गम्भीर विषय है

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी में एक गरीब मुस्लिम परिवार में पला बड़ा और बड़ी ही कठिनाइयों से मेने B.com 2nd year तक पढ़ाई करी बिना किसी बैंक की मदद के मेने मात्र 10,000रु जो मेरी कॉलेज की फीस थी उस से अपना सीएससी केंद्र खोला और आज देश का पहला मॉडर्न सीएससी केंद्र मेरा है और इसका ट्रेडमार्क भी मुझे मिल गया है और मेरा यह केंद्र देश का पहला मॉडर्न सीएससी केंद्र होने के साथ साथ हमारे इलाके की 100km की जनता हमारे केंद्र पर योजनाओं का लाभ लेने आती है और सोशल मीडिया पर भी हमारा केंद्र बहुत फेमस है आज मेरे इस मॉडर्न सीएससी की कीमत 1cr रु है और मेने इस केंद्र से लाखो नागरिकों को निशुल्क सेवाए भी दी है जेसे आयुष्मान कार्ड, संभाल कार्ड, मजदूरों के पंजीयन इत्यादि नगर पालिका और जिला पंचायत के साथ मिलकर हमने बहुत सारे कैंप लगाए है और लगाते रहेंगे अस्पताल में जाकर आयुष्मान बनने से लेकर लॉक डाउन में घर घर जाकर पैसे निकाल कर देना और भी कई कार्य हमने मात्र 18 साल की उम्र में करे है देश की 7वि आर्थिक गड़ना अपने जिले की भी मेने ही करके दी है सांख्यिकी विभाग को सीएससी के माध्यम से अत: प्रधानमंत्री जी

प्रधानमंत्रीजी देश के कोने-कोने में बिजली उत्पादन और वितरण को आसान बनाना है तो इसे NHAI और रेल्वे प्रबंधन के माध्यम से बहुत ही कम खर्च पर प्राप्त किया जा सकता है संपूर्ण देश में रेल्वे लाइन की बाउंड्री कर उस पर सोलर एनर्जी के पॅनल लगा बिजली का उत्पादन किया जा सकता है, रेल्वे स्टेशन से एक, दो किलोमीटर की दूरी पर शुरू कर इस से प्राप्त होने वाली बिजली रेल्वे स्वंय और करीब के गाव और शहरों को अल्प दरों बेच सकती है। इसी प्रकार NHAI द्वारा भी ऐसा प्रबंधन किया जा सकता है, जिस से जनता को ना सिर्फ रोशनी ब्लकि रोजगार के अवसर भी प्राप्त होंगे, यह सुझाव सरकार के लिए खास उपलब्धि होगी।
