Today, a large part of our population—children, students, professionals, and senior citizens—spends long hours on digital screens. Mobile phones, computers, and tablets have become essential, but prolonged screen exposure is quietly affecting eye health across India. Many people experience eye strain, headaches, disturbed sleep, and reduced visual comfort, yet eye care is often addressed only after problems arise. Preventive awareness is still limited. I would like to suggest a national conversation on digital eye health and preventive vision care—simple habits such as conscious screen use, regular eye breaks, proper lighting, and early protection for young eyes. India has always led people-centric movements through awareness and self-responsibility. A focus on preventive eye care can empower families to protect vision before damage occurs, especially in this digital age. Small awareness can create long-term impact for a healthier, more productive India.

Respected Narendra Modi Ji,Namaskar! As a proud citizen inspired by your vision of Viksit Bharat, I was thrilled to witness your visit to Thiruvananthapuram on 23 January 2026. The warmth of the roadshow, the enthusiastic crowds, and your interactions reflected the growing trust in BJP-NDA here.Your flagging off of Amrit Bharat Express trains (including Nagercoil-Mangaluru and others) will boost connectivity across South India, benefiting Kerala's people immensely. Launching developmental projects in rail, urban livelihoods, science, innovation (like CSIR-NIIST Hub), healthcare, and citizen services, plus schemes like PMSVANidhi, showcased your commitment to inclusive growth.Meeting the new Mayor Adv. VV Rajesh Ji, welcoming Twenty20 to NDA, and addressing the public at Putharikandam Maidan highlighted Kerala's changing aspirations beyond old politics. Your words on building a Vikasita Keralam energized us all. Please share these vibrant moments.

Educating on cleanliness and awareness on self responsibility from early childhood is the area which needs to be added in pre school curriculum.

Accessible & Affordable De-Addiction Centers More government-supported rehabilitation centers are needed. Centers should focus on dignity, skill-building, and reintegration, not punishment. Follow-up care after recovery is very important.
