Dear sir, I wish to submit for your consideration a brief concept proposal for an “International City of India (ICI)”, with the working name AMRIT City – Atmanirbhar Model Residency for International Talent. The proposal outlines the creation of an international city within India, aimed at retaining globally mobile Indians, their wealth and attracting international talent that prioritises safety, quality of life, governance and infrastructure, and healthcare over employment considerations. Eg. lot of Indians go abroad for this (and not for employment alone) Key elements include: 1.A global-standard residential and lifestyle city, language & religion neutral 2.Strong emphasis on safety, professional policing, and fast-track judiciary 3.Controlled residency, including limited visa-free access 4. Zero Tax This will help us to retain wealthy Indians and attract foreigners to India, generating employment and retaining capital in India. Brief of the concept is attached.

Respected Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Honourable Prime Minister of India, I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to respectfully bring to your attention a concern that I recently experienced and felt deeply disturbed by. Recently, I visited Goa along with my friends. While Goa is a beautiful place and I truly appreciated its culture and hospitality, an incident in a pub caused me considerable discomfort. Inside the pub, while people were consuming alcohol and enjoying themselves, the DJ was playing devotional songs related to our revered deities such as Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha. At the same time, there were semi-nude dance performances and people under the influence of alcohol dancing to those devotional songs.

My name is Ankit Jyala, from Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. Under the guidance of the Honourable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, we organized a 7-day Himalayan Conservation Padyatra from Dharchula to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat, promoting sustainable and responsible tourism. During the journey, we visited multiple villages and raised environmental awareness through wall paintings, slogans, street plays, and cleanliness drives. In remote border areas, we also shared information on government self-employment schemes in simple language to support local self-reliance. Throughout the trek, we followed zero single-use plastic and zero carbon footprint principles. I have also achieved two world records in climate change awareness, reinforcing the message that Himalayan conservation is vital for climate stability, biodiversity, livelihoods, and the future of coming generations.

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister, Many public places such as roads, parks, markets, and public transport areas continue to suffer from irresponsible behavior. People often litter openly, do not follow traffic rules, honk continuously in heavy traffic and treat public spaces with neglect. I would like to suggest that necessary action should be taken as it is contributing to a poor international image of our nation and people. I humbly request the government to ensure the strict and uniform implementation of fines and penalties. Visible enforcement, higher penalties for repeat offenders, and accountability of local authorities can act as strong deterrents. Installing adequate dustbins, improving waste collection systems, and using technology such as CCTV surveillance in public areas.Nationwide awareness campaigns, inclusion of civic responsibility in school curricula, and community-level initiatives can help instill long-term behavioral change.
