There is a huge salary gap between Central Govt. employees vs State Govt. employees vs private sector employees like the teachers working in Private colleges of professional courses. It's welcome to intro 8th CPC but for private salaried employees the amount is somehow in between 4th and 5th CPC. Moreover, there is NO HRA, no EPF, no Medical insurance facilities. Hence, no happiness. No work-life balance. Respected sir, kindly look into the issue and in a very simple term the price of 01 Kilo rice is equal to both Central govt. employee as well as for Pvt. employees. Then why is this gulf of differences? The more excess and unreasonable amount of money, the more buying tendencis of groceries to land hence the price hikes, which is unreachable to the lower middle class people. But it's true that middle class people help to elect the Govt. and pay maximum taxes with HONESTY, where others use thousands of tricks with the help of law firms to make the taxable income to zero. Regards.

The world is fighting over natural resources, the latest example is Venezuela. Geological resources and Geologist are the future of any country. While China has a dedicated university for earth science and is mining successfully in other countries also. In our country, the Geologist is underpaid, the sanctioned posts for government geologist are being cut short by beaurocrats and private players jn the name of cadre review and followed by restructuring The geologists prepare bills, go to find a place , talk to pan walas to hire a place of living in remote areas. Group A officer only in name. No dignity,no respect, facilities of very old age. We do not have a geological advisor to the country. Since many years GSI is not having regular DG and only Ad-Hoc DG. We need to let our scientists do only science, respect them for their contributions to country. They still are roaming in jungles risking their lives without any security. They still pour own money for govt. work.China is far ahead

Respected Prime Minister, Failure in India is often considered a cause of embarrassment, especially in academic institutions. Students who fail in their examinations are immediately labeled as weak or unsuccessful, thus creating immense pressure and fear among the youth. Students often suffer in silence, and in some cases, the pressure leads to depression and even suicide. The problem does not lie in failure but in how society treats the failed. This mindset cannot be changed by any law or government initiative, as it is deeply rooted in the family and social comparison mindset. Mann Ki Baat has a special ability to reach homes across the country and shape the mindset of morality. If failure is presented as a part of learning and development, parents might become more encouraging, and children less fearful of making mistakes. Success does not have one path and schedule. We can create a more understanding and humane society by changing our mindset about failure.

My Advanced Suggestions to Eliminate Unwanted Works and Redesign MNREGA Using Global Models. 1. I believe unwanted and fake works exist because work planning is supply-driven, not demand-driven I feel MNREGA works are often created to exhaust funds rather than solve local problems. I suggest abolishing “target-based work creation” and allowing only community-approved, outcome-based works. 2. I want MNREGA works to be linked to measurable outcomes, not just labour days I suggest shifting from “person-days generated” to asset-quality and livelihood outcomes,Works that fail to meet outcomes for 2–3 years should be automatically blacklisted. 3.I suggest adopting Ethiopia’s Public Works outcome model In Ethiopia, the Productive Safety Net Programme (PSNP) links public works strictly to environmental regeneration (watershed management, soil conservation).I suggest learning from South Korea’s village-led development model

100 GW of Nuclear Power by 2047. Installed Capacity is 9 GW as on date. 91 GW in next 21 Years can be installed by distributing the projects and parallel execution by NPCIL, NTPC, L&T and BHEL. Let each organisation prove their worth in next twenty one years to build and operate minimum 30 GW NPP each because the stage is all set by enactment of SHANTI BILL 2025.
